I’m giving my experience a zero …star Friday August 23/2025 my son and I went in for lunch I ordered nachos and he had a chicken sandwich 45 min later my nachos came out what a disappointment there was little cheese on the top layer and the bottom was just crumbs which was probably from the bottom of the nacho bag I complained to my waitress all she said was sorry … I wasn’t compensated at all for anything I barely ate them. My so son’s sandwich was so soggy he barely ate any … $60 later .. worst experience ever we will not be returning 😞

Wonderful night and evening, a great place to enjoy music and food and good company, very yummy fish and chips and wings! Solid pub place with reasonable and affordable food that packed good flavour for value. Would recommend to anyone to get a good cold drink!! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable!!

I love Wortley Village and miss all the great Thursday night car shows. I also have always enjoyed Wortley Roadhouse but the service has really changed. We went there for breakfast at 11 am on a Sunday. But service is very slow and there were only 4 other people in there besides us and one of the couples were leaving. We had to wave someone at the bar down to ask for more coffee. No other customers came in the entire 2 hours we were there.
No one came back to see if our food was OK or anything. Me and my friends always go to this restaurant. Last week we had dinner burgers and fries it was the same, service was not good. We thought maybe someone called in sick and they were short staffed. Maybe because the restaurant isn't busy so there's not enough staff to cover??? I always liked this restaurant, I will still be a customer maybe get more staff in just a suggestion.

I’ve always enjoyed coming here — the live bands are excellent, and the atmosphere is usually great. However, the security staff seriously impacts the experience in a negative way. On my last visit, I was waiting in line and let the guard know I was behind another guest. There was no clear communication about what I was supposed to do next, and when I tried to enter, the guard became rude and confrontational. Instead of explaining, he accused me of having an attitude and then told me I was banned — completely unjustified and incredibly unprofessional. I have never had this problem before till they hired Timmy, he shouldn’t be dealing with customers at all!!!
I’ve been a supporter of this place and have brought friends here many times, so it’s disappointing to be treated this way. Security should focus on respectful communication and customer service, not power trips. Until that changes, it’s hard to recommend this venue despite the great music and atmosphere.

Where do I begin. Came for some beer and wings with an old pal of mine few weeks back and we had the best experience ever. Our drop dead gorgeous waitress had 2 buds in our hands before we could even blink, very attentive and also handled herself very well with other folks as it was pretty busy. You could really tell she knew what she was doing. And. She had every table laughing enjoying cold beer and hot food. Wings were great we both had the buffalo blue. My buddy and I drink quick, with how busy it was we were shocked how fast Amber served us our cold ones. Bartender super down to earth. I’m only leaving this review now as I had a bad experience at another restaurant and couldn’t help but wish I went to the Wortley instead. Too bad there aren’t more waitresses like that out there. 10/10. Check out their band nights too.

I am new to the neighbourhood and my boyfriend and I have been to this establishment 2 evenings in a row and we have been so impressed with the service and the vibe that this place has. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and we are definitely going to make it our local hangout. I also want to say that John the bartender has been amazing with us and is always friendly so thank you so much for the incredible service!
