Ordered through uber eats. My pizza was overcooked burnt. Could barely eat it because it was too hard. Very disappointed.

We ordered 2 large pizzas for takeout last night. A New York style Canadian and a New York style Chicken. We were VERY disappointed with the pizzas. The toppings were very sparse. Hardly any bacon, pepperoni, mushrooms or chicken. The cheese was almost non-existent.
I never write google reviews but I felt I needed to write this one.
I feel like we were taken advantage of. We paid a premium price $65.00 plus tax, so $75.00, and were given a cheap product in return. We live in the neighbourhood and when this Pizzeria first opened we loved their pizzas. Very generous with the toppings and great tasting, but this has certainly changed.
We will not be returning to Through Thick and Thin.

Garlic Knots were easily the best part of our meal tonight. The wife ordered a Dill Pickle Pizza (which anywhere else she loves). She didn’t enjoy it at all, the potato sticks were hard and didn’t do anything for the pizza.
I ordered the Canadian and it was so incredibly dry, it looked like they maybe used a half ladle of sauce on the whole thing and it dried up in the oven.
We don’t mind paying premium price for Premium Pizza, this was not even close to being premium.
Dominos ( which I’m not a big fan of) would have been a far better choice.

The food here was delicious but the service was what really made this place stand out. Dom was extremely attentive to our tables various requests, sensitive dietary restrictions, and complicated instructions for bills payment. She was absolutely spot on with accuracy on all fronts and SUCH a pleasure!!!! THANK YOU DOM! New returning lover of TT&T over here!

Really enjoyed it here! Had the garlic knots, the margarita pizza, and the hot Italian sausage. The garlic knots were by far the best thing we had, I’d go back just for that. I enjoyed my margarita pizza although it was a tad greasy for me. The crust was razor thin though which I really appreciated. The hot Italian sausage was not that hot and I found it a bit heavy. I would/will go back to try other pizzas and for the garlic knots.

Absolutely loved this place! The New York-style pepperoni pizza was a perfect 5/5—thin, crispy, and loaded with flavor. The Caesar salad was fresh, crisp, and had just the right amount of dressing. The chocolate chip cookies were big, delicious, and the perfect sweet finish to the meal. On top of all that, the service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast. Highly recommend!
