The food is horrible. The pho is the furthest thing from authentic pho. Lettuce and raw bean sprout mixed into warm (not hot) broth. My meat took forever to cook. Cup noodles would taste better than this place

The lady cashier I think she is viet is not friendly and rude. Customer is always right so treat like a pro! This may help for you!

I’ve eaten here more times than I could possibly count, so it’s a special place for me. The service is always top tier - you can tell they really care about hospitality and taking care of customers. One of London’s gems for authentic Vietnamese food.

This is a perfect place to take your family, a date, friends, or even just solo (nothing better than pho on a hungover morning)..

TK’s will always be a staple, and have a special place in my heart.

We had such a wonderful experience here! Not only is the food excellent (a true treat for anyone who loves Vietnamese cuisine), but the service went far above and beyond.

We dined with another family and several kids, and the staff made it such a smooth, enjoyable meal. They thoughtfully provided crayons and paper to keep the little ones entertained. When we started jotting down what we were planning to order, our waiter noticed and brought the dish right out as soon as the order was placed—such attentiveness!

Throughout the meal, there were countless check-ins to make sure we were comfortable, extra soup was generously offered, and at the end, the kids were even surprised with free freezes.

It’s rare to find a restaurant where both the food and the hospitality shine so brightly. Highly recommend for families and Vietnamese food lovers alike!

Great atmosphere and excellent service! I had the Singapore noodles and my husband had the special beef pho. I highly recommend the pho and the refreshing lime soda.

The food is delicious! And the people are very nice here.

I’ve ordered from this place before and haven’t had a problem (although I have noticed over the years the quality declining bit by bit). But last night I had a deluxe pad Thai in which the seafood tasted/smelled “off.” I ate some of it anyway because I was super hungry, but I eventually came across a piece of shrimp I had to spit out because it was obviously way past its best-by date. Not to get too detailed, but my body is paying for it today… I think this place has gone downhill over time… It’s one thing to substitute cheap ingredients, but when you start serving “off” meat to your customers, that’s when I take my business elsewhere (and post a comment about it).

We used to love the place and the food was always good. I guess they changed the chef. I went with 2 other people and ordered food. The food didn't taste the same as before but at least 2 dishes were decent. The pad thai one of us ordered was an abomination. First, they just made it with bean sprouts and barely any noodles. Agreed they changed it and added more noodles. My friend couldn't even eat it....it tasted absolutely disgusting. We all tried it and had the same reaction. She ended up eating just the shrimp and sent all the food back. We ended up paying for it but that is also fine. We don't know what happened but the food quality has declined a lot here.

Was Great food, great price, friendly service...I had a craving and this is what I wanted. I tried to order for delivery, but they no longer deliver. So, a week later I ordered for pick up. First time I've been disapointed. The price has almost doubled, the portion size looks smaller and the noodles where like mush, wasn't even warm. And I was there to pick it up before the 30 minutes they said. I hope this was a one time occurrence because this is an absolute favorite place. I'll try again one more time, but if this a thing for them now, I will not return or refer.

Bao was super helpful and kind. Went out of his way to explain everything to us prior to ordering.
