For a Tim Hortons, this place always does a perfect job. The ladies working there are just excellent, I’m particularly fond of Jackie who remembers my order and always adds a sleeve to my drink when she sees my name. They somehow manage to have the touch of a small town coffee shop will being one of the busiest places in town. I come 5 days a week and I’d give 5 stars everyday. Also absolutely love their mascot, Goldie!

So bad experience with the staff i ordered from to good to go app and when i come they said we are not taking any orders till 5 pm but on the app they said i can order from 3 am to 5 pm Also the staff was very rude and not helpful at all a lot of homeless outside the store and trying to order chicken wrap after all this bad experience they say we are not offering lunch at this time after they take from my card and charge me. I'm just waiting for 10 minutes after that they said we don't offering food but at this time I say they was make rap for other people I don't know what kind of Tim Hortons is that I hope the manager finds a solution Also there are no table to stay. I think this is because the homeless. But I don't know what is that shame on you

I had an awesome experience at this Tim's, especially with the front counter team. The girl with specs who took my order was super friendly and professional. The service was really fast, and the baked snacks were delicious.....I got my order in under a minute. They must have a great team leader. Best baked snacks I've ever had from Tim’s!
Wrong items given on mobile order I'm an eggetarian but I got sausage in my wrap. Ordered large latte but got medium. This is pathetic. I'm your regular customer, sometimes it happens and I've ignored This time the limit has been crossed! Whats going on guys?

I ordered through DoorDash. It’s been happened three times with me that they give someone else’s order. Really frustrating

Ordered a Belt with sausage added. They forgot to add bacon. Ordered wedges, they had not ready to order so had to wait 15 minutes. They made my sandwich first and let it sit for 15 minutes for the wedges. I wanted 2 dips for the wedges and they charged me for both regardless of the mistake.
Avoid if you can. Workers do not care.
