I had an awesome experience at this Tim's, especially with the front counter team. The girl with specs who took my order was super friendly and professional. The service was really fast, and the baked snacks were delicious.....I got my order in under a minute. They must have a great team leader. Best baked snacks I've ever had from Tim’s!

I'm an eggetarian but I got sausage in my wrap.
Ordered large latte but got medium.

I ordered through DoorDash. It’s been happened three times with me that they give someone else’s order. Really frustrating

Ordered a Belt with sausage added. They forgot to add bacon. Ordered wedges, they had not ready to order so had to wait 15 minutes. They made my sandwich first and let it sit for 15 minutes for the wedges.
I wanted 2 dips for the wedges and they charged me for both regardless of the mistake.

Avoid if you can. Workers do not care.

At 8:23 am on 08-31-2024 went to Tim Hortons store #101030 Adress: 172-174 Dundas St, London Ont N6A 1G7
Name of supervisor on Duty: Priya
Supervisor was so rude and disrespectful towards me, since I asked that my coffee is getting cold , please pour my coffee at the end I received my order and she so rudely said I can’t since I did already and you should have said that before ordering.
I asked her can I have head office number? She said go google it.

Very hard same day I was able through and communicating with other Tim Hortons to find 18668467696.

I called 3 times and reported, they gave me confirmation number and told me the owner will call you between 3 to 10 business day.
Today is Sep 22-2024 and still nobody called me.

I would never recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone.
Absolutely disgusting customer service/ poor Customer service under supervision of Priya and ignored by the Owner, not even bother to call back to follow up.

Terrible, after wading through drug addicts to get inside the staff was rude, and unprepared, they were closing their sandwich bar early and cleaning their grills w more than an hour open remaining. When I questioned about this they were rude and handed me a raw bagel, I had ordered a bagel BLT... Thia location is ALWAYS slow, inaccurate or closing early, I wonder if the District Manager knows about this....

I'm a regular and normally have little to no issues. Today however, my order was taken, then charged incorrectly. When I asked for bill and they went to fix it, the cashier would not honour the coupons used, would not give me the points I was supposed to receive, and also was going to refund the points from the original screw up. This would leave me paying full price with a negative to my Tim's points overall. Her solution was we can give a free coffee. Just not acceptable. Left the finished food and order on the counter and apologized to the person who made it, but explained I wasn't going to pay full when I wasn't supposed to, and that the cashier can just cancel everything.
