Let me explain my rating. I’m a regular at this location and visited almost daily, which is why the recent changes have been so noticeable. The food, service, and overall atmosphere used to be much better, largely because of the staff. Several of the strongest employees appear to have had their hours reduced or were let go, and they were the ones who consistently created a welcoming environment. This location already has its challenges, limited seating, a cramped layout, and heavy foot traffic outside, and the previous staff handled this with professionalism and care. Since the staffing changes, that consistency and attentiveness has dropped, and the difference is clear. As someone who relied on this location regularly, I’ve decided to stop ordering from Tim Hortons altogether. Other locations with different management are out of my way, and the experience has not been comparable.

I want to give a big shout-out to Crystal Keyes at the Tim Hortons on Dundas Street in London, Ontario. Crystal consistently provides excellent customer service and always has a friendly, positive attitude. She’s efficient, polite, and makes sure orders are done right, even when the store is busy.
It’s employees like Crystal who really make a difference and keep customers coming back. Tim Hortons is lucky to have her — keep up the great work!
