Two weeks ago, I came in to order a French Vanilla, only to be told the machine was broken. I decided to give them another chance and visited again today, but unbelievably, I got the exact same response—the French Vanilla machine is still broken after two weeks.
It’s really disappointing to see a major coffee item unavailable for this long with no explanation or effort to fix the issue.
This location needs to seriously improve its maintenance and customer service.

Today I went to this Tim Hortons and I ordered some food and when I got it, it was a mess he just kind of didn't pack it into a bag he went here you go.🤨
I asked for ketchup and the two packets that I got were really stuck together with some sort of goo of some sort of topping that got spilled all over it and it was clearly a mess. Wherever they're storing their ketchups it really needs to be cleaned out it a mess. Now I will have to wash my hands.🙄
It's really sad that they would let service standards go this low like this. 🤨
I'm not very impressed by the service today. I gotten a scrambled egg and bacon. It was a mess. It was just thrown together. I just hope it tastes good. 🤔

Short-staffed constantly. Witnessed an employee in tears today. No one should be crying at work; that's despicable. The minimum wage is not worth it.
Tim Hortons has gone way downhill; not just in quality, but even with how they treat the employees. They expect slave labor for pennies and then are upset when things aren't perfect. You set your employees up to fail... I can only hope that in return, your business does too. I won't be returning to this location.
