It was pathetic. The two ladies today were talking and not serving and lady in the shirt was so rude and pathetic that she tossed the cup in front of customers. We pay for it and it’s not cheap. Have seen better services here but it really pissed me off today.

25 minute wait just to get a coffee is why people are walking out without a purchase
Was very taken back and shocked at the lack of customer service skills and how we were talked to and treated... unfortunately the girl who took our order was nameless as she didn't have a name tag present at all and as we were trying to decided what to order we were told to make it fast which I then said excuse me what did you say and she then said to hurry up and order!!! At this time there was nobody else in line behind us even. Then when we went to pay for our order which I had some on a time hortons gift card the rest was in change I had wanted to get rid of i was given quite a lot of addittude along with a bunch of sighs and eye rolls and was forced aside rudely to take others orders ive worked at 4 different tim hortons in my life time and I know for a fact that the way this employee acted was so unexceptable and most people would have taken their business else where and they are very lucky I didn't... exstreamly disappointed is thos employees costumer service skills. I will not be returning to that tim hortons ever again even tho its right down the road from me I will go the extra mile to go to a much more customer friendly tim hortons where I'm not told to hurry up and be rush along with trying to order!
