I had an awesome experience at this Tim's, especially with the front counter team. The girl with specs who took my order was super friendly and professional. The service was really fast, and the baked snacks were delicious.....I got my order in under a minute. They must have a great team leader. Best baked snacks I've ever had from Tim’s!
Everyone is still working hard into the winter. Still though, it is as if it is an open door, streetside, mental health facility. The city needs to shelter people in shelters, not fling them to Circle K and Tims.

Being a Customer here for many years I have seen all different kinds of staff work here. At times there have been very kind employees and other times there have not been. Currently the staff who are employed at this Location reminds me of talking to a literal WALL.. Not only are the employees constantly having their own conversations with themselves but also on their personal cell phone constantly in the back when there is a long line of customers. There are only ever two people...
