Normally have no issues with this location. Today however I waited almost 10 minutes to order and to get a steeped tea. Just for the tea to be diluted........ There was someone else waiting for steeped tea as well and I'm guessing there wasn't enough tea for both a large and an extra large. I am assuming that the employee decided to add hot water in order to compensate. Adding a small amount of water sure, but this was too much. I would have rather waited yet again....... This completely changed the flavour and it tasted like I was drinking hot water. It was disgusting. Please do not do this!!!!! I couldn't drink it and was too far to turn around and ask for another.

Bought a Ham & cheese sandwich, it was amazing! The bun was fresh, the ham well layered. The right amount of lettuce to mayo. Very impressed and will order this item again! Order time 1:45 pm Nov 21.

The drive thro worker girl is so rude that she doesn't know anything about customer service, and she acts like she is the boss. I used to come to this location since 2016 every day to grab my coffee, but I would rather go somewhere else now because I don't wonna be mistreated, never going to that location again

Service at this location is absolutely horrible one girl in particular is absolutely rude she’s usually at the side in their drive thru. There’s a way to talk to customers and yelling at them isn’t one of them. I live across the street and this location is more convenient for me especially when I’m on my way to work. But I’d rather better service and nicer staff so I’ll just go to a better location. Half your staff have a nasty attitude and shouldn’t be working in the service industry!

Excellent people, sincerely disgusting the way you are taking advantage of customers for cost. I don’t ever let the love of staff change, I will never visit another timmies.
Phenomenal service by Jeff. In the past he has always had great customer service- greeted with a smile and keen to help. Today after I order I need to go outside for a phone call. Jeff when my order was ready actually came outside and handed me my order.
He has represented Tim horton well and I will certainly return knowing the staff is so caring and friendly.

Standing in line for 15 minutes because only one person was working (both drive thru and front counter) and then was talking on their cell phone and not actually listening to my order, just to be told they don’t have cold brew. You’re a coffee place, why aren’t you making coffee? The worst service I’ve ever seen

Unlike other tims nearby downtown that has soggy and depressing donuts, this one always make sure to keep them at best state. It is cleaner as well. Staffs are just ok, some are bit rude and some are nice.
