I ordered mobile delivery on Tim’s app at this location and I didn’t receive any straws for our drinks, I ordered 3 donuts and didn’t receive any of them as well as two cookies and only got one. Very disappointed as those items were $15 of my order and the app has no way to make a complaint and when you call the location nobody comes to the phone!

Amazing food quality from this location. They are always consistent with their food quality and portion size. Bought the new sweet chili chicken bowl and habenaro veggie bowl. I can guarantee that I have never had this type of food from any other tims. I have been frequenting to this location from the past couple of months for my drinks and lunch, and most of the time, I have been served by Miss Reha. That lady always has a smile on her. Keep up the good work. Thanks for your service.

It seems to me that they should put some title that they do not have a product. I wanted some potatoes that appear like me or new and they told me that I didn't have it because they are only available in other restaurants. It seems that it is false advertising, it is better to put this product, it is not available in this restaurant and cheating customers

Unfortunately, Tim Hortons.Isn't what it used to be. The coffee is always full of grounds and they screw it up most of the time I take cream only that give me double double or I get dark roast without requesting it. We waited almost ten minutes for servthere was only two people behind the counter working the drive through. Seems to be the new standard for ("lack of")quality at tim horton.

I had an opportunity to stop at the Timmies on Oxford three hundred meters west of Richmond Street. This was lunch hour and the drive through was packed. Their was peeps and cars coming in behind me and in 5 mins the entire place was packed. Hala, the young lady behind the the counter, was very friendly and professional. I thought Hala and the staff at front were handling this massive crowd like a champ! KUDOS to you Hala. Your smile and friendly demeanor kept everyone calm, happy and in order, your FANFRICKINTASTIC! The manager was right there in the trenches just like everyone else the way it should be. Not all Timmies are this efficient with huge crowds. Mostly young professionals and U.W.O students who can be very demanding. Over all it was a great experience inspite of the massive sudden volume of peeps. I was told it's like this ever day at the same time. Good on ya Timmies! Luv Malcom???Stay strong London.Parking: Parking during rush hours can be tricky to negotiate on this corner because of the volume of traffic.

I was very pleased with the service today. The gentleman who cashed me out and provided my items was extremely pleasant, happy, and polite! I am disappointed I did ask his name, as I would love to provide him with the accolades he deserves. The items I purchased today were all very fresh and tasty. I got a Chili with cheese croissant and a Walnut crunch (hope they don't get rid of these again)!! I also got a dark roast and it was made perfectly and was nice and hot and fresh!

This has to be my favourite Tim Hortons location in the city. I come here every morning and I always receive exceptional service and kindness. I would like to recognize Amanda who works the drive thru window, for her incredible attention to detail and the personal touch she adds to her service, as well as the other lovely ladies. She kindly remembered my friend and I and knowing our order, made sure it was made correctly for us. I am also always satisfied with my beverage or food here! You guys are the best!!

infuriating! This coffee shop consistently locks its washroom, regardless of urgent situations. I was flat-out lied to by the staff, who claimed the washroom was closed for the day—yet, it remained inaccessible for three consecutive days while I was frequent to this coffee to study for 5-6 hours! This blatant disregard for customer needs is unacceptable. Basic amenities like a restroom should never be off-limits. The management needs to prioritize customer comfort and basic decency over arbitrary closures. I hope the manager can see what's going on in this branch. Potential customers, beware of this disregard for necessities!!!!

We used the drive-through option to order lunch. The employee headsets were not working well and communicating our order was, well, a process of extreme patience!I ordered a bagel with ham and cheese. It was a sloppy mess in the bag with little care given to the sandwich build. Sauce spread all over the wrapper, the bagel was not cut in half and the temperature was luke-warm at best.My last thought is a desire to have the Timmies staff at this location eat what they serve. Maybe this will help.

Dont go inside - so, so, so slow. Faster to go home, get your car and go through the drive thruEdit responding to owner - And both your staff and customers would appreciate you hiring enough people to actually run the restaurant, and making sure they're properly paid and trained.
