Horrible wait times these days even during the weekdays tons of line ups everyday at 2pm slow service and tons of attitude at the counter 🤬🤬🤬

I ordered 20 pack blueberry cheesecake on the drive thru and they gave me 20 pack assorted. I went in to fix the order and no questions asked, they changed it and apologized. Great customer service!!

I can confidently say the Tim Hortons at Hyde Park in Oakville is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The service is always quick and friendly, the atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the location is beautiful and peaceful — perfect for a coffee break or a quick meal.

What really sets this location apart is the freshness of the food. — it’s always freshly baked and you can actually taste the difference. The pastries, bagels, and breakfast items just seem to be a notch above other Tim Hortons locations. Everything tastes like it was made just moments before serving — warm, soft, and delicious.
I also want to personally mention Razia, the manager. She’s one of the kindest, most attentive people I’ve come across in customer service. I had an issue with my order once, and not only did she resolve it quickly, but she also went out of her way to make sure I left happy. She checked in with a warm smile, apologized sincerely, and even offered a complimentary item — something small, but it left a lasting impression. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team.

Thanks to Razia and her incredible staff, every visit to this Tim Hortons is a pleasant one. Highly recommend stopping by — you’ll be treated with respect, served with a smile, and leave with fresh, delicious food every time.

It's pretty crazy they don't have anybody working the front. go in before I have to start work and can't even get anything when I wait for over 5 minutes with a line. Like stop doing Uber and actually take the people there

Never have what I want and when they do the, order is ALWAYS incorrect. The worker have a hard time communicating and have a terrible time trying to understand what you are ordering. Food is prepared messy.
They seem to only hire one type of worker. .. sadly

Asked the cashier how she was doing, she continued to stare at me until I started with my order, I had to laugh, weird! Then I ask for the bacon everything pizza and she continues to type in an everything bagel with bacon and ask me if I want cream cheese, hahaha! At this point I’m convinced I’m being pranked. However, the manager had to step in and sort out this horrendous attempt at customer service. I would be giving 1 star if I didn’t get a good laugh out of it. Tough management makes the menu items so confusing (everything bagel vs bacon everything pizza) for the people at the till who barely speak English.

0 Stars. CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!!
I purchased 4 beverages and 4 packs of hockey cards. I was charged full price for the cards. I told them the sign specifically says the cards are discounted with the purchase of a beverage. They stared at me and said "No". I asked for the manger / supervisor. The staff said "No". How many customers are they doing this to? How many customers are they stealing from? Is the owner aware of this theft? I call the head office and reported the complaint. Naturally no one will respond to the concern.
If they are defrauding 1000 people a day on hockey card sales that's $500 in their pocket......
