I grabbed breakfast on my way out of town!! The steak and egg sandwich, an apple fritter and a medium double double!! Food was good and coffee was hot. I sat and ate the meal before heading out. It hit the spot!!

This is a fair option for a quick bite or treat. Don't expect bakery quality but good in a pinch. Very loaded with sugar (that's all you taste) and unhealthy but as I said a treat if desperate.

Very sad and disturbing that these workers don’t even know how to make a coffee, the fact that they don’t take 2 seconds to spread cream cheese. I even heard a couple of the staff openly talking garbage about another employee. When I asked someone to remake my coffee because the coffee I got was not what I ordered I was met with rudeness and attitude. All around this location has got to be the worst in all of london. If you can avoid this location do so, the management is corrupt

Horrible Tim Hortons location. Managers like to discriminate against their non coloured staff. Owners like to turn a blind eye to the discrimination going on in their store because they are besties with the management, their managers would never do anything wrong. They like to fire employees right before their probation period ends because of pregnancy, filing with the labour board for discrimination, not being their ethnicity. None of their staff are trained properly. They don't know how to make a simple iced coffee with a flavour shot, they don't even stir the iced coffees or any iced beverages for that matter. The woman on soup and sandwich station doesn't know how to spread cream cheese on the bagels and just slaps a huge blob on and serves it, also doesn't care about the presentation of the wraps and if they are literally falling apart or not. The general manager doesn't know how most of the store even works. Avoid this location at all costs.

Absolutely the best people working there. ALWAYS pleasant and accurate. There is one younger guy especially... short hair... glasses.. the most pleasant person I've ever seen in a drive thru. Always says nice to see you again and keep smiling when you leave. I drive out of my way to go.to this

The customer service I received was far from welcoming. The staff member I interacted with came across as extremely rude, especially when I voiced my concern about the quality of my coffee. Initially, my coffee tasted unusually bitter. I politely requested if it could be remade, but the staff member was reluctant and showed a lack of customer care. When he did agree to replace it, the second cup was even worse than the first, adding to my dissatisfaction. Additionally, there seemed to be a general sense of disorganization in the store. This contributed to a less-than-ideal atmosphere and made the whole experience feel chaotic and unwelcoming. I am disheartened by this visit as I have had better experiences at other Tim Hortons locations. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, and improvements are made in both customer service and the quality of the beverages served.

The customer service was absolutely abysmal. Requesting a replacement for the disappointing iced coffee was met with a dismissive response: "Even if we replace it a hundred times, the taste won't improve." This unfortunate encounter has firmly cemented our decision to never revisit such an establishment.

It was a great experience over there. Service was fast and accurate. The staff members Ishpreet and Tanu were really co-operating and friendly. It was good interacting with them and they made the overall experience really amazing.
