Extremely dysfunctional and illiterate staff. They messed up every single item on my order. Shouted in my face, didn’t give me the correct money back for my refund, was extremely rude and slow. Will never be a customer here ever again.

Always seems to be understaffed. Only serves 1 car at a time. Often 8 cars waiting for their order to be taken and no cars at the window. I’ve sat in this drive thru for 15+ minutes. Takes at least 10min to every visit. Manager doesn’t seem to care about drive thru times or quality of service.

Ordered broccoli soup. What a mess. Was super watery and terrible flavour. The only half decent thing was the ciabatta bun it came with. The butter packets they give you were melted completely. So sad.
