Service was alright, nothing really stood out. The atmosphere wasn’t the cleanest and things moved a bit slow. Food was as expected & again nothing really stood out.

There was fruit flies all over some of the items being sold in the display. I usually just get a drink so I wouldn't care, but this time there was fruit flies all over THE HERB AND GARLIC PASTERYS I WANTED. So 2 stars cause thats gross they also seem understaffed

Let me show you guys what I got today, I went back to show them what they gave me and they said it was normal. Very disappointed and angry because this is what I paid for! The difference between the pictures are unreal.

I order from here daily, sometimes even multiple times a day, however that may change. After having to deal with an extremely hostile manager today who insisted on arguing over my order despite the receipt stating exactly what I ordered. Arguing over cold foam shouldn’t have even occurred if she would have looked at the receipt. However, she refused to pay any more attention to the situation and harshly stated next time I would have to pay for the addition as it wasn’t included. Treating me like I’m robbing the place over something that is LITERALLY stated in the description of the drink is ridiculous. Please refer to the photos stating it IS INCLUDED.

The only saving grace at this location is the extremely hard working staff, specifically Patty and Bri! They tend to remember your orders and always greet you with a smile and welcoming personalities, these are the individuals you want representing your business.

Not a condescending manager that questions the customers and implies you’re wrong rather than accepting her own mistake.

I used the drive-thru, it took a long time, 8 minutes for 6 cars, they delivered my order incorrectly, only 2 workers.

They’re providing express services and awesome ambiance to enjoy coffee with friends but i like my personal space to enjoy coffee, they never disappointed me. Thanks tim hortons 😊.

3 or 4 people tending the drive through while I stand around with no regard, not even good morning I'll be right with you... from the one girl working the front cash/service.

Extremely dysfunctional and illiterate staff.
They messed up every single item on my order. Shouted in my face, didn’t give me the correct money back for my refund, was extremely rude and slow. Will never be a customer here ever again.

Always seems to be understaffed. Only serves 1 car at a time. Often 8 cars waiting for their order to be taken and no cars at the window. I’ve sat in this drive thru for 15+ minutes. Takes at least 10min to every visit. Manager doesn’t seem to care about drive thru times or quality of service.
