I ordered breakfast from Tim hortons today, two wraps, one of which was without egg and I asked them to put hashbrown instead of the egg but they refused and charged separately for the hashbrown. Even after that they made such a bad wrap in which first of all they charged for two hashbrown and then there was only one hashbrown in the wrap and no sauce as you can see in the photo, very crappy experience

I just finished my last trip to a Tim Hortons ever. It’s clear you’ve become very complacent in your operations and no longer care to provide a reasonable level of service any longer.
There’s countless examples that led to this , it’s been a steady decline for years now but today the scanner was down in drive thru only. I was not told when ordering and the offer made to me was 20% off. I was told too bad at the window I have to pay full price.
Well too bad Tim Hortons, I like your competitors coffee too and I bit they don’t treat me like chump

Edit : No you’re not. You know your scanner isn’t working, you know you have 20% off in the app. You’re not telling people when they order. Your actions are a complete contradiction of your words.
I’m looking forwards to my McDonalds coffee tomorrow

Everything is good here except for their bagels with cream cheese. Consistently has almost no cream cheese. All other locations put a decent amount on (which, when you’re paying an extra DOLLAR for it, should be standard). I enjoy most of the staff here as they are very nice, and the coffee is good.

There was fruit flies all over some of the items being sold in the display. I usually just get a drink so I wouldn't care, but this time there was fruit flies all over THE HERB AND GARLIC PASTERYS I WANTED. So 2 stars cause thats gross they also seem understaffed

I order from here daily, sometimes even multiple times a day, however that may change. After having to deal with an extremely hostile manager today who insisted on arguing over my order despite the receipt stating exactly what I ordered. Arguing over cold foam shouldn’t have even occurred if she would have looked at the receipt. However, she refused to pay any more attention to the situation and harshly stated next time I would have to pay for the addition as it wasn’t included. Treating me like I’m robbing the place over something that is LITERALLY stated in the description of the drink is ridiculous. Please refer to the photos stating it IS INCLUDED.

The only saving grace at this location is the extremely hard working staff, specifically Patty and Bri! They tend to remember your orders and always greet you with a smile and welcoming personalities, these are the individuals you want representing your business.

Not a condescending manager that questions the customers and implies you’re wrong rather than accepting her own mistake.
