Sometimes this restaurant can really get slowed down depending on time of day and who's working. They do a good job, just usually slow at key times. (common with almost every Tim Hortons)

Coffee is awful there even with everything new. Regular coffee is so bitter and the double double too much cream not enough sugar. Managers fix the machines. Wonderland rd. South near wharncliffe makes perfect coffee ?

So much for our environment. They renovated, what a waste of money. There was nothing wrong with the place before.

I go to this location atleast 3 times a week due to this location always having amazing service and quality food, BUT since the reno the quality of food and speed of service has gone down. I often get chicken noodle soup, lately it taste oddly sweet? And more times then not, I'll get home to eat and open the CHICKEN noodle soup to find no CHICKEN??? I try to go at the least busy times, with 2 cars in drive thru and no customers waiting in line inside I'm finding myself waiting even 10 minutes for a single coffee some days. Not sure how a reno could change your business so much but I'm not too pleased to have wasted my money on sub par food lately with hopes it would get better.

Good thing you guys did renovations, as your employees seem lost and confused. 15 people running in circles arguing. Waited 10min for a coffee and a tea, others waited longer. You have lost focus of FAST FOOD while dwelling on making things fancy. Back to the drawing board
