I ordered 2 coffees and I asked the lady that was taking my order I asked about the new sugar and cinnamon donut I said I'd take a half a dozen she said they only have 3 left i said ill take the 3 so I put the money on my dad's credit card so I didn't know if I paid for it or not I drove all the way back 10 mins drive in rush hr fun times and to find out they didn't put it on my card they said they didn't put it though then there was only 1 left and I asked them shouldn't I get the donut free considering I had to drive back they definitely didn't do that needless to say learn how to speak the English language 1st why is the government doing this to us if u can't speak our language then they should have to take a few school lessons

While I was inside 3 staff could be heard making fun of a drive through order stating they needed to “get a life” because they ordered a steak sandwich at 9am. Such a disrespectful staff god forbid you order something they have off their menu I guess. I see why people often have complaints

I've seen this 2 older people the last few time here they are an older lady and an older man from the deaf community and over heard the man talking about that they have bed bugs i believe there names are joe and judy

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff’s harsh attitude made the visit unpleasant. Rather than being friendly or helpful, they came across as rude and dismissive, showing little regard for customers. This kind of behavior is very unprofessional and completely unacceptable from a brand that people expect consistency and courtesy from. It left a very negative impression and makes me think twice about visiting this location again.

I ordered an iced cap + dinner deal. So I was expecting another drink like a lemonade. They did not give us a drink for the dinner deal. The staff is so adamant and have that “annoyed” attitude. They are not inviting at all. It’s not the customers failt that their operations are not smooth, their attitude translated to their service.

I wish i could give 1 star . The lady on Tuesday 10 pm shift was super rude she made such bad coffee and when we reached to her she said they dint have what we ordered. They did not feel it’s their duty to tell the customer what they are serving. She was so arrogant such people who doesn’t understand customer service should be not hired no matter what. Never coming back and telling my friends and family to avoid this tim .

I go to this Tim’s pretty frequently. The drive through lady is great I get great customer service from her no complaints if I go through the drive through. However if I go in, the lady that takes my order is usually really rude and short with all the customers and it actually just feels like she’s annoyed to take orders. She’s just incredibly uncomfortable to order anything from I actually feel bad for any customer that has to interact with her.

I wanted to share a bit of feedback from my recent visit to your store. While the staff were all very friendly and welcoming, I noticed a bee inside the unit that was landing on various items. I understand that this isn’t something the staff can always control, but I was a little surprised that when I mentioned it, the response was quite casual “oh Okayy” and the bee wasn’t addressed.

As someone who also works in customer service, I know how important it is to make guests feel comfortable and cared for—especially when it comes to hygiene around food. I’m sharing this not as a complaint, but in hopes it’ll be taken constructively so the experience can be even better next time.
