I love timmies but have always felt extremely rushed in their drive thru, they shove things through my window and ive barely put the drink down before the food gets shoved my my face. But in this branch, I was with a friend and just wanted to double check we had everything since we ordered a lot. I made sure no one was behind me before deciding to stay put. It was mere seconds since they handed me all the food when the lady opened the window and told me “go go go” and rushed me through the drive thru because “we are being timed” I totally understand when companies have their expectations but that was unnecessary. I have every right to double check my stuff??? I feel like sacrificing one part of customer service to meet another is not a worth it trade off? but love Timmies anyways

Rude women behind the drive thru, possibly the manager. Didn't even let me set my order down before yelling go go go. Calm down women. Don't be telling your customers to go go go. Give up your job to some high-school kids that need it.
Plus this location didnt have the roll up the rim cups. Poor management

I abstolutely love it here. The newer manager (I believe her name is Lynn) is the sweetest. Really keeps that place together. Its clean and the foods always fresh! Keep it up!

we ordered a coffe at the drive-thru and it took a very long time becouse the employees were chatting with each other instead of serving the customers. there were several cars waiting behind us, and the delay was holding up the line.
When i asked about my coffee, the staff inside were still laughing and talking. one employee, a young lady with glasses and blach hair responded to me in a very aggressive manner when she handed me the coffee. After she closed the window and started mocking and imitating me.
this behavior is very unprofessional and disrespectful. we are paying for a service and expect to be treated with basic courtesy.
I also mentioned this experience at my workplace, and other people said the have similar experiences with the same lady on this location Adelaide and oxford st in London. She shoulg receive proper training in customer service. sending a copy to guest care team.

Every single time they screw up my coffee size and then blame me at the window. They also try to pawn my lunch to me without a bag. The paper they wrap sandwiches in is slippery and opens up. I already have a mayonnaise stain on my vehicle's passenger seat from them not putting my sandwich in a bag. Why do we have to ask for things that should come standard? Is the franchise owner of this location a cheapskate? Seems like it. Also, whenever I get to the window, the staff seem lost, disorganized, and don't know what they're doing. This is the last time. Going to start going to a different location.

Used to coming here, and receiving a pleasant experience. March 8th my partner and I were served by a new cashier (Jake). In our 5 minute-long transaction the cashier complimented my partner repeatedly then promptly ushered her to order faster. While waiting in line I overheard her blame numerous issues on her peers, and rush other patrons. when we received our drinks were so milky, the latte was so milky it was inedible. so we reordered the drinks and had to wait 15 minutes for it, and to which the same woman denied not making the drink. normally good service but that day the ball was dropped.

Bad service. Slow staff. Incorrect orders. Sad state of affairs for Tims. Gotta stop supporting this place....its our fault for doing so in the first place, but don't worry they have fountain drinks now

Worst Tim Hortons location in London, last 6 times I’ve been there they have messed my order up.. Ask for a latte and they give you an iced latte, tell them you want it hot they give you a cappuccino.. Making coffee is to hard for the people here..

[Feb 22, 2026 2PM+] You could not ask for better staff for a Tim Hortons. Fast, friendly and wholesome smiles. It was rewarding to see wholesome faces working hard as a team- you can tell the chemistry compounds. Please acknowledge those who were in on this day as they rekindled my appreciations for this establishment.
