Whoever is the manager I want to warn you that please teach your staff how to talk how to act how to treat your costumers. HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE YOU LOST YOUR TWO COUSTOMERS.

The incharge staff (seems to be Indian woman) so rude to customer, especially with her manner and words. I just wonder even she can say the same meaning properly.

Huge line in drive thru... went through several items ... told all sold out. Finally had something until we went to pay and then it was gone. Total waste of time for only 1130am. Staff are useless

How not to toast a country biscuit, exhibit A:
It just speaks to how bad the level of competent employees and quality of food is becoming there.
Thanks for the inedible breakfast.

It’s amazing how things have changed in just the last 7-10 years.
Tim Hortons used to be the pillar of Canadiana where you kinda felt good going and leaving your local Tim’s.
Today, while many are under ‘new Canadian’ ownership, the service has taken a huge nosedive and head office insists on constant menu changes to keep up with EVERY OTHER FAST FOOD joint.
Bring back the old classic line of doughnuts without the silly price gauging and simplify your menu.
Tim & Ron would shake their heads today at how the model has changed.

I got the best cilantro lime wrap chicken here. The staff were all friendly and the space looked newly renovated + clean.

Its been long over due and I felt the need to share, especially in a world full of negative, I think it is important to share the positive.

I call this Tim Horton's 'my Tim Horton's'. The reason being is it is where I stop to get my morning coffee pretty much EVERY SINGLE DAY before work. The ladies in the drive through are AMAZING. They always say hi, ask me how I am doing and wish me a wonderful day. Sometimes it is just the small things, but I can't help but smile when I leave the drive thru window after my interactions with them - they are small but they are mighty!

I think it is an important reminder to us all that if we put positive in to the universe, you will get positive back. And there is nothing like having my daily positive interaction with those lady's before starting my work day.

THANK YOU for what you do, and bringing a smile and a "hi how are you?" to my day!
