This last year feels let down, there has been so many mistakes, and problems with the service I’ve decided to change my location. To many times specially as of lately has my orders been messed up, or poorly made, and for lack of words, as if they never bothered to listen to the order in the first place because I’ve been a regular for years same orders just different days.

Sometimes you just know the employee knows what they're doing and this girl did us right. We don't have a lot of good experiences at Tim Hortons around London but this one is great. I was at this location at approximately 1pm where the woman at the window was not missing a beat. She had floral Tattoos on her right arm and she killed it, even from behind a couple cars I could see the fluidity. Incredible work, very impressed
