There are now eight separate instances of this restaurant giving me a completely incorrect item that was cheaper than what I paid for. And judging from other comments here I’m not alone. They will gladly steal your money then act blasé about it.
Apparently no one at this store knows what a farmers sandwich or BLT is or how to make one, which is inexcusable for a big chain like this. How incompetent of an employee are you when you can’t even follow the corporate sandwich instruction posters they plaster everywhere? The fact this has happened so often to so many people other than myself speaks volumes of the competency of the store management and training. Pathetic. They also tend to play dumb when you ask for it to be fixed by asking stupid questions like “what EXACTLY was missing? HOW was it wrong?”
Terrible customer service, terrible quality, and run by a bunch of dopes who couldn’t open a door if they were given step by step instructions. This has been ongoing for almost ten months with no sign of it getting better. Corporate should absolutely step in. Avoid these goofs at all cost.
