A fantastic Timmies outlet in Keswick, Georgina.Located on the Main Road and easily accessible with plenty of parking, not to mention 2 drive throughs.Staff are polite and friendlyFor Pokemon enthusiasts, one can spin 2 pokestops comfortably every 5 minutes while eating a sandwich and drinking a double double.My friendly weekend stop.Highly recommended.??Parking: Lots of parking available.

I hate that this Tim Hortons is the closest option on my way to work in the morning. I'm surprised people say it's slow, I find they are trying to get you through the drive thru so fast that their service and quality sucks. I swear they pre toast bagels because every time I get one it's cold and there's hardly any butter (and it doesn't melt). I then ask for double toasted to make sure it's toasted and warm, and I get a completely black, inedible bagel. The customer service skills are horrible- they don't interact with the customer, they're always busy socializing.

Went here today at around 9:55ish in the evening. The crew in the drive thru handed us the drink and then closed the drive thru window immediately without giving us the straw. We waited for a while because it is difficult to drink an iced capp straight from the cup when you’re driving. But as soon as he closed the window, the crew went in the kitchen and didn’t come out so we just drove away. We get that they may be tired but this experience is saddening.

Tim Hortons is definitely the best and most budget friendly place to get a drink. Had a coffee & White Hot chocolate. Everything was good until I went into the washroom. It was not clean.

My two farmer wraps were full of poppy seeds and sesame seeds. She obviously didn't change her gloves after handling a bagel, which should be done due to allergies. I had to unwrap my wrap and swipe out the sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Not to mention the girl at the window had her back turned to us and talking to someone, then slammed the door after she got the food out. No excuse to treat customers as if they don't exist, we get it its minimum wage but at least treat people with decency. I've worked at timmies and worked the window too. Obviously isn't built to be in customer service.
