Yesterday, my partner went and ordered me an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese, wedges and a hot chocolate. Come to his and my surprise when he got home, they put a ham and cheddar in the bag. Not sure how you confuse the two. I was looking forward to that bagel all day, kinda disappointed. So today , i thought “ I’ll give them another chance “ , no everything bagels so I got the 4 cheese instead. I get home and not only was the bagel soggy but it had 1cm and a half of cream cheese slapped in it ( the photo doesn’t do it justice, it was so thick & taking a bite made me gag tbh ) It was truly so disgusting. Threw it out, wasted more money. My fault for not looking in the bag, but when you waited in a long line both time, you blank on checking your order and just wanna get the heck outta there.

Safe to say I’ll be avoiding this tims for a while

Today I got everything bagel with butter. I ordered hashbrown as well and asked them to put inside the bagel but I was shocked after having it at home that there’s no hashbrown inside a bagel. Eventhen they also did not give it to me on side as well. Very poor customer service. I highly disappointed and wasted my money a lot over here. Never comeback again.
Please trained your employees again!

Today i went to store this morning there was a lady on drive thru she was so rude i am truck driver i can’t take truck to drive thru store main door was closed i asked her to give me a coffee she didn’t gave me coffee and she was so rude i waited for 20 min in snow please learn some manners there was no car on drive thru it just take 2 min to make coffee

Once more, the difficulty of pushing a button that is used probably 90%+ of the time, for the most common coffee, becomes too difficult. Or was it you were distracted babbling too much. #failureatthedrivethroughyetagan

We love this location’s service!! First, they ALWAYS heard your order well in the drive through and it really feels nice! Second, they checked if they have all you want available and last but not least, all of them are so nice when you come over the window to pick up your order!! Our fav Tims! Ps) None of my relatives work here so this comment is completely objective.

Not sure which one but they all have bad service, i write on here every week, they have 6 working the drivethrough. & if you are lucky 1 on the front cash, with a line up of 15 people, its ridiculous

I go this location for morning coffees every day, 7 days a week. The quality and service has continued to slide over the last couple of years. I get 2 coffees, one with 1 cream, the other with 2 creams and the inconsistency is beyond belief. If they get the creams right the coffee the temperature is off and vice versa. Today my 1 cream might a as well be black. The 2 cream might be one cream (stretch). If they can’t get this simplest of order right I can imagine what others endure. It might be time to actually buy a machine. Sorry Tim but time is running out.

Very Rude staff, no customer service, we ordered and got to the window, we weren't told our order or the price and when the order came out wrong they didn't even apologize just took it back and threw us a new one. They all need better training and learn to be nice especially on thanksgiving
