This Tim Hortons restaurant is clean and well‑organized, and orders are prepared accurately. Whether it’s a quick morning coffee, a lunch break, or a late‑day pick‑me‑up for me always bring my morning food with Coffee(Double double), this Tim Hortons always provides great value and dependable quality.A truly enjoyable place to stop by. Stopped in for a couple snacks and tea today at 4:30
The manager was super nice and pleasant to speak to. She accepted a students resume and offered a new flavor of green tea to me. The tropical green tea is delicious! Thanks

She Ensured everyone got their orders correctly as there was a line up.

Do not suggest going to the staff for help.
Was prematurely released from police & hospital custody after being assaulted during arrest & having seizures while pregnant. My clothes were clearly torn from being assaulted. I had clearly been sobbing for hours and was extremely confused & disoriented.
Begged the staff to assist in contacting LPS to get home - she didnt ask for nor provide dispatch with anything valuable & would not allow me to speak for myself nor would she call back after providing LPS with no information & letting them assume im clearly “just crazy”.
All these anti-homeless policies and you utilized them to ensure an autistic, housed & loved individual recieved 0 support after being abused by polic & did absolutely nothing to further assist.
Thankfully the fire deparment across the street has souls and actually assisted me.
Next time someone comes in crying asking for help, idk why dont you actually help them?

Absolutely unacceptable service at this Tim Hortons. I placed a drive-thru order through the Tim Hortons app at 3:58 PM, before the 4:00 PM closing time. When I arrived, staff lied and claimed they never received the order, despite clear proof and a screenshot showing the order was completed.
Instead of doing their job and checking the system, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. They refused to serve me, made no effort to resolve the issue, and showed zero customer service skills.
To make it worse, the payment was still deducted from my account, meaning I was charged and received nothing. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
This was not expected from Tim Hortons. Customers should never be treated this way or charged for orders that are not fulfilled. This location needs immediate attention and serious staff retraining.

Ignorant afternoon, shift manager at good Tim, hortons on commissioners and Devon purchased a coffee and had my service dog with me and she keeps trying to kick me out every time I come in here with the purchase copy and my service dog for some reason she has something against me and my service dog and I have a hard time every time I come into Tim Morton to sit with my service dog and myself and a friend of mine as a witness that she Kix me out every time calling the police when I refuse to leave, because I'm trying to drink my copy and I'm getting harassed by the staff because I have a service dog. Samsung fair and I'm not quite sure how she can even get away with that.When I have proof that I have a service dog with service , doctor certificates absolutely just ignorant scapmanship at the tim horton .

I’ve been going to the Tim’s daily for over a year. The service received is just continuing to get worse, recently Monday December the 8th I went through the drive through and attempted to use a customer survey $1 ice coffee and a rude employee at the window told me that they have new management and they are no longer participating. However the survey I handed them was from there location that I got that very morning. She then called over another employee who also was very rude. The employees in the location lack respect and the managers are even worse. My coffee is regularly not made correct or taste burnt. The bagels are always black even if you ask for lightly toasted. The only positive thing I can say is about the nice older ladies the work the night shift and early mornings. They should be running this location not stuck on nights. It should also be noted that the parking lot always has trash around. The wait time in the drive through is always terrible, inside still takes awhile but is slightly better

Honestly been going to this location for months as I just moved to London I hated it dreaded the slowness, I can in the last two days and something changed new manager or something what a better crew to this store he jumped in and helped the staff during a busy time yesterday and today again quick service keep it up. Actually enjoying coming to this location now.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I have to for this experience. The assistant manager, Crystal, was working at the front and treated me with shocking disrespect. Her rude attitude ruined my visit completely. Even worse, she sometimes offers discounts only if customers answer her personal jokes correctly which violates Tim Hortons’ official policy. Discounts are meant to be standardized promotions or employee benefits, not arbitrary rewards. For someone in management, this behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store.

I will be following up on this through the Tim Hortons Support Portal to ensure the matter is properly addressed. Customers should walk in here feeling welcomed, not disrespected.
