I got a gift card for christmas so i thought id like to go pick up a sandwich and chili for dinner. I mobile ordered, i got there and waited half an hour for 2 out of 4 items i ordered (they were out of half my order). after 30 minutes of waiting for what should've been an in-and-out experience, i go into my car to take a bite of my sandwich and there's hair in it! I do not recommend this location. It has really gone downhill.

I would give zero stars if I could. There were three cars including ours in the drive through and it took over 20 minutes. When at the order screen we had to repeat our order multiple times, and when it was given to us our drinks were hardly full. Will not be returning.
EDIT TO ADD***
We tasted the drinks (one hot chocolate and one white hot chocolate with bags of chai, and they tasted VERY watered down. I may as well have ordered a straight tea.

I went to the drive thru at 10pm, there was only 1 guy working at the store, and he honestly was not even competent to work with a team. Not only did I have to tell him my order thrice, he still made the wrong drink when I reached the window, which was a whole 5 minutes after I had placed my order. Mind you, there was 1 car ahead of me, and the storefront wasn’t open for any walk in customers. He re confirmed the order when I reached the window, and after his 4th attempt at trying to understand my order, he still gave me the wrong order. Not only was I missing sugar from the drink, he has mixed 2/3 different drinks to fill my cup, because it most definitely was not what I ordered. After that, he closed the window, having completely forgotten that I had another drink in my order.
I have nothing against the employee, he’s just trying to earn a living, but I seriously hope that my review can initiate some introspection within the management, because yes, this is your fault. You have a guy working alone in busy hours who you obviously have not trained enough. Do better.

NEEDS A FOOD SAFETY VISIT!!
Let me tell you what I ordered when I visited Tim Horton’s drive thru on Dundas…
I ordered a simply sausage on a croissant.
What I received instead was:
- simply sausage on a biscuit
- piece of egg which does not come on a simply sausage and even better.. a nail sized egg shell on the biscuit… that I didn’t order!!!!!!
- two massive thumb prints in the egg
- pink lipstick marks on the egg that I DIDN'T ORDER!!!
I am horrified with the quality of cleanliness standards in Tim Hortons. I was refunded but a refund is appropriate for a simple screw up, this is much worse.

I want to share my experience day after tomorrow at - 1751 Dundas St, London, ON N5W 3E4 Tims

I ordered 10 Tim bits , 2 medium coffee and muffins.

I noticed flies 🪰 on muffins and asked girl Could you give me some different muffin instead of it. She replied “ I can't help it “ !!!

Further I got email from Tim and the email conversation is simply we update the incident to manager but don’t have a courtesy to at least refund coffee amount lol 😆
