Today I visited the store with my friends and we ordered 5 drinks and 3 of them were made wrong. We went back and complained about the drinks and the employee didn't even apologize for his mistake instead he was showing " I don't care " attitude and he literally shut the drive thru window on our face. Very disappointed.

I went in at 11:15 am on Sat, Nov 23rd to get a single coffee. There were 9 people working behind the counter, plus a manager in a black shirt. Only one cash was open for the 6-9 people waiting inside to order. It took 25 minutes to get my single coffee. The drive thru seemed to only have 2-4 cars at a time. Very unhappy with the experience.

The staff were friendly but not very unorganized & it was complete chaos. I waited 15 minutes for a pumpkin spice latte & a 12 grain bagel Toasted with plain cream cheese. The person who made my bagel handed it to me saying '12 grain bagel with cream cheese" to which I responded yes only to get home to a plain bagel toasted with butter. The gentleman who served was sneezing all over & barely covered his nose when he did so. When several orders had been incorrect as many of us patiently waited, his response was people are taking the wrong orders. No sir, we were being given the wrong orders. Please train your staff better. One unhappy customer!!
