Took 10 minutes for my order. Ordered a farmers wrap. They had no hash browns ready so they asked if I wanted double bacon and I used my reward points (1300) and I get to my destination to eat it and it's a cheese bagel with butter on it. That's all. I was able to get my points back but it took over a week.

Drive thru service was absolutely terrible! Get to window tell me they don’t have one of my 3 items I ordered then only get one item and they tell me they are out of something completely different then the first person. This place is an absolute joke! Would definitely stay away and not recommend this location at all!

Usual addicts and homeless hanging around and sleeping outside. Washrooms are usually disgusting. Service is slow. Waited 15 minutes for a wrap and it's common there. I always use please and thank you and you can tell people hate their jobs because they have no smiles on their faces and ignore the politeness I always give. Honestly just started going to Starbucks at 100 kellogg because they have amazing service skills. Disappointed in Tim Hortons over the last few years being that the service has declined, wait times have increased and the prices keep climbing with nothing to show for it.

Very filthy washroom, always homeless people r sitting all the time. Not decent place to go. Try to avoid.See homeless guy cart sitting in front of store for few hours.Kid-friendliness: Not friendly at all. Can't take kids in. As scary people sitting there.

i came, saw a long line in drive thru so i decided to go inside the store to order. i waited in line over 10 minutes for them to finally take my order and 5 more minutes to receive it. they only had 3 or 4 people working. this happened a few times now. when is management going to start caring and add more workers?

I trained customer service staff for years. The most important thing is courtesy and "listening" to what the customer is asking for. Repeating it back to the customer to avoid errors. I fully understand Tim's is a busy place.I went through the drive through at 10am today. I orderd large coffee with 3 milk. A sausage breakfast sandwich with NO egg, NO mayonnaise or sauce of any kind. I explained I have health issues and cannot eat any sauce. Just put the sausage in the wrap that's it. I drive away get to the parking lot at Walmart. Go to eat my sandwich it was loaded with mayonnaise, bacon, tomatoes and sausage. I couldn't even try to wipe out the mayonnaise there was so much there. I drove all the way back. I went in and I said, I'm sorry to me a pain but I just came through the drive through 10 minutes ago. I asked for no mayonnaise or sauce of any kind. Just a piece of sausage in a wrap. The 2 young girls stood at the counter asking what I wanted. I said again, I went through your drive through about 10 minutes ago. I asked for no mayonnaise no egg just the plain sausage in a wrap. This sandwich is loaded with mayonnaise. The man standing beside me at the counter said he would take the sandwich. I handed it to him and said "here it's on me" its already paid for. The girl behind the counter said what was it you wanted? I told her a plain piece of sausage in a wrap nothing else no mayo, no bacon. Tomatoes. By this time I got so frustrated I finally said never mind and I walked out. I know Tims is busy and we all make mistakes. But I had to repeat myself 3 times. I drove over to the Malibu restaurant and got a proper breakfast. I won't go back to that location again. Sorry.

Dine in is always excruciatingly slow here. Waited over 10 minutes inside today to order. There was 1 cashier taking orders who was clearly new. The person making food had to keep helping him and also taking drive thru orders which slowed her down. There was a line up of people gradually getting upset at the wait. Tables were dirty, garbage full. You know this location is busy so have enough staff! I can't get upset at the workers I know it's not their fault. Neither is it fair to the customer because you want to save a few dollars. Shame on the owners and management, absolutely ridiculous.
