So slow staff and no attention to dinning customers

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been in. I am counting 3 homeless people in the store, and 1 begging at the front door. Service is deplorable for food. Men’s washroom is closed and you need a staff member to open the other.

Tim Hortons has since contacted me because of my review, They are looking into my review, and thank me.

Avoid at all cost, it is NOT a safe, familiar place to go. As a vulnerable person, I did not feel safe, why didn’t I leave? That is not always the answer, I didn’t know any better.

Edit: Employees can't seem to figure out how to use the drive thru speaker. Help them out, just ignore the speaker and drive straight to the window to order. Hopefully management can start hiring competent workers, train them to use the equipment correctly. Then maybe if we are lucky, finally get orders accurate.
Slow, wrong orders, clog the parking lot up with cars waiting for the speaker with zero cars in the lane between the speaker and restaurant window.

Worst of them all. Every single time I come to order, no matter the time of the day, they don’t have anything. Either the hot chocolate machine is down or they ran out of food. Worst customer service ever.

This place fits perfectly the new trend where we are heading to, based on vast majority... Flys 🪰 🪰 🪰 , dirty and the worst possible place to grab something to eat.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I clearly told the staff member that I wanted a black coffee, but he kept asking me, “Do you want an Iced Capp?” I repeated that I wanted black coffee, and he responded again with, “Iced coffee?”
It’s obvious that some of the employees don’t understand basic English, which leads to confusion and poor service. Staff should be properly trained and able to understand simple orders to ensure a better customer experience.

I’ve worked construction for the last 10 years so I’ve been going to Tim hortons everyday for the last ten years by far in the decade I’ve been going this has to be the worst Tim hortons I’ve ever been to I couldn’t believe the cashiers attitude trying to tell me that what I’m ordering cant be done but every other tim hortons in Ontario for the last ten years is able to put a espresso shot in a ice Capp but according to them a red eye is a coffee and only a coffee and also they can’t remove whole eggs from farmers wraps and put scrambled instead? For the last 3 months every other Tim hortons has no problem switching eggs but this location wants to upcharge me $2 to switch the eggs? Make it make sense

I was excited about Tim’s Hortons dinner deal so my son and I decided to have Tim Hortons bowl for dinner. I’ve ordered online and when I arrived, I was told they had no rice when asking for a refund I was told to talk to the supervisor and when I did, she had no idea how do you issue a refund? I was very hungry and just wanted to get my dinner When I asked her if they simply did not have rice, or there was none made, she reluctantly offered to make some. I waited about ten minutes, trying to figure out how to get a refund, then waited another five minutes for my food and when I asked for a bag, I was told I could not have one. It was a large order and I could not carry it on my own the employee told me they could lose their job their job if they gave me a takeout bag. They did not offer an apology and when I asked if there was something she could do
to make up for the trouble her response was “well I made you the rice” it was 6pm and if Tim Hortons wants to promote have dinner there they should have the food available. I did not even receive an apology from the supervisor. I have been in the service industry for over 30 years and this is not how you keep customers. This is not the first time I have had trouble at this location. This is the closest Tim’s to my house but I will be sure to drive to the next one.

Was very excited to try the supreme stack and ordered 2 of em at the drive thru. Got home and found that they forgot the bacon, was so pissed. Didn’t mind going back, hey but check your order if you buy food from this location.
