One of the worst Tim Hortons locations I’ve ever visited. Sunny, the supervisor, was extremely rude and showed zero respect to loyal customers. There was no effort to help or resolve issues, and it felt like they didn’t care at all. Really disappointing experience—I won’t be coming back. They really need to get better leaders on their team how can a team be good if the leaders don’t know what they’re doing?

If I could give a zero i would.
I had placed a mobile order before entering the store, upon entering i noticed there was a line.
I waited for the girl doing cashier named Sabrina to finish dealing with the line before saying anything.
More people had come in and lined up before she finished dealing with the people that were in before me.
I noticed she was dealing with thw last customer who wss in before me when someone came out from men's and said that there was someone sleeping in there. Sabrina dropped everything she was doing and went to go deal with it leaving the cashier with no one. Then when she couldn't get in she yelled not once but twice at other staff to unlock the men's bathroom.
Finally after dealing with that nd her finishing that one guy's order she went back to cash. At this point my partner asked her about my mobile order to which she responded with she has a line of people (a line of 3 people to come in AFTER ME) so I told this. In which she tried to kick me out I told her I wasn't leaving that I had been waiting longer then the people currently in line and I should not be waiting this long.
Finally the guy (Thank you to him! Sorey i didnt a name) who was on sandwiches made my order for me cause Sabrina was just out right refusing to do anything buh deal with who was placing orders at the till.
She wasnt working on any mobile or delivery orders.
This isn't the first time I've had an issue with Sabrina. Any time im at this location shes always got an attitude for some reason or another.
I will not be coming back to this location. I will be telling people I know to avoid this location.
Sad part.. I do believe shes a manager too and that is a HORRIBLE look for your company.
The worst Tim Hortons I've ever seen, always ask them for something they will give u something else. OMG

Just sat in the drive thru for 5 mins with 4 cars in each lane and no car at the window, seems like a common occurrence for this location reading the reviews.
Pretty shitty service and you as a company should look to rectify this. This isnt starbucks its tim hortons. Do better

Worst few experiences here. The staff couldn’t give a bag as I was walking and am disabled. They shout at you and tell you to get out of the store. They are always putting drive thru as a priority and make people waiting in line wait longer. Always super slow. Go somewhere else if you want better service. Also you ask to speak to a supervisor but they do nothing about it. Extremely entitled here for no reason. Pretty sad to be treated this way if you have a disability.

This location is a VERY bad location, took almost 30 minutes to make my food, and for $0.70 in Jalapeno added, they only gave 2 slices, workers are trying to rush people in and out and are not very nice. Furthermore, there are many fruit flies around their baked goods. 0/10, I do not ever recommend this location to anyone.

I encountered at this Tim Hortons establishment was the pricing strategy. Despite utilizing my rewards program, I was still required to make a payment, which was not the case at other Tim Hortons locations.
Address the issue at Headquarters and still waiting upon response from store manager as directed from head office.

This Tims has easily turned into one of, if not the worth in the city, for drive-thru service. Most of the time there is 1 or no car at the window and 4+ cars sitting at the double drive-thru speakers. They take forever to take just 1 customer’s order. They wait for that customer to get to the window and serve them before taking another customer’s order at the speaker. I don’t know if it’s short staff or what, but this happens EVERY time I go to this Tims and I’ve turned around and left the drive-thru, if I was able, multiple times now.

They are always welcoming and fast to get what you want
Just ordered a nice 4 cheese bagel toasted with butter. What I really got was a butter soaked soggy bagel on the inside and hard as a rock on the outside and it’s cold. Was this made yesterday.
The other day the lady at the till just walked away without giving me my change, another lady got my change for me
I see the sandwich guy with plastic gloves on at the back door touching the door handle and on his phone with the same gloves he makes your sandwich with.
Employees smoke at the back door and that’s next to the drive-through so you get that nasty smoke right in the drivers side windows early in the morning
Excellent service and price range
