Staff here are really nice but whoever is on make table please can you spread the cream cheese and butter! This is the third time I’ve gotten a cold lump of butter and it’s just gross… the bagel is double toasted there’s no reason for this. Toast, butter, cream cheese it’s that simple…. Other than that nice store but could clean the tables more often.
Great Tim Hortons at Baseline and Wellington! The staff are always friendly, the service is quick, and my coffee is consistently fresh. It’s a clean, comfortable spot to stop by any time of day. The only small downside is that there are sometimes a few homeless individuals hanging around, but the staff handle things professionally and it doesn’t take away from the overall good experience. Definitely one of the better Tim’s locations in London!
Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a bagel and white hot chocolate as I was excited it was finally back on the menu and wanted to have my first one of the year… not sure if they just didn’t hear me or what but I’m disappointed as this is definitely just a regular hot chocolate with the toppings, the food and drink were fine just disappointed I didn’t get what I ordered
