So This happened this morning! How much grease was there from a loaded sausage and egg box, hash brown and extra chipotle sauce on the side (I really don’t think it’s from the chipotle)? It leaked right through the bag! This happened getting out of the vehicle (I didn’t notice the leak and I shouldn’t have had to). So much for breakfast!

Couldn't give zero stars otherwise I would have. Waited 25 minutes for two drinks; French Vanilla and Steeped Tea...25 MINUTES and the audacity of the staff to ask every waiting customer for their order before me. I thought it was first come first serve basis. Food was getting prepared for customers that ordered 5 minutes ago and served but two drinks were just so hard. Not a single staff felt apologetic, they think they did a favor to me handing me the drinks that I paid for, when I did mention that I have been waiting for 25 minutes they threw a sorry at my face. Never coming back!

I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff are friendly, quick, and welcoming, even during busy hours. The coffee and food are consistently fresh, and the store is kept clean

I frequent here often, before and after renovation. I was there today. It was filthy. I changed tables 3 times to get a clean one. I ended up using my own wipe to clean one. There were 3 staff at the door to the bakery on their phones. There were dead bugs on the window ledge. It wasn't busy, why didn't they clean tables. I was going to get a doughnut, but there were 2 bees buzzing around and landing on the donuts. I told the cashier, and it didn't seem to bother her. I'm not going back!

Why is this the only Tim Hortons that charges $2.40 for a med coffee or tea?? Everywhere else is $1.90. are the employees picketing the extra 50¢?? Won't be going back

Would absolutely love if the staff could take some pride in their service. I wanted to treat my son to a Chocolate Chill. It was served to me without any of the toppings. When I requested them, I was presented with this small dollop and miniscule amount of chocolate sauce. Unless this is what the manager is now instructing...? Really disappointing.

What you order is never correct, coffeeis gross, they never seem to have inventory and to top it off the staff has attitude. Like there needs to be a McDonald's across the street or something cause it will never improve unless they start losing business.
