I came in today for my coffee. I had a really bad day but Tithi had a great smile and greeted me so well that made my day. Because of that positive energy and customer service I decided to make it my everyday coffee Tim Hortons as 390 Springbank. Tim’s should be proud to have employees like her. Such a great customer service.

Being told to pull off to the side for 5 minutes for a sandwich and a wrap, after being told this locations does not serve double chocolate donuts (which every single location in London does) is absurd, you don't sell a classic here, that every location sells, but you sell the more expensive "dream donuts". Get it together.

I just got a chicken noodle soup for my sick daughter and she said she didn't like it which I thought was strange so I tried it. It was completely gone bad. Tried calling several times so that no one else got sick but nobody will answer the phone...!

I ordered on the Tim Hortons app, and the store forgot an item. When trying to call the store to complain they don't answer it goes right to voicemail that's not activated. Charge my credit card and they forget item. Do they not check to make sure all items are in the bag before giving to delivery driver!!!! 🤬

i think the staff working on the morning shift is very disrespectful i was giving my order i said hello no reply i gave my order she made a face live it’s her father shop after that she made my drink i say thank you no reply looking me like a thief i asked other customers about the behaviour the all she is the rudest one and the coffee it’s more like a water with some suger
