I am really disappointed with the location and its services. I have been here a couple of times, and I usually order drive thru on the app and will get here about 10 minutes later. Every time I have to park up front for at least 5-10 minutes for the order to be ready no matter when I order. With all this wait, The middle of the wrap was frozen once, for the other time, the item is leaking sauce to the tissue and they said it is because I only ordered one item, so no bag is provided.

One of the worst tim hortons in the city. I come here once / twice a week to get french vanilla, everytime they make a disaster coffee. But due to insufficient time cant go back and complain. Today I had time so went back inside to say that its not a proper french vanilla , the guy made me another one but pathetically same like the before. First 2 days I thought it may be accidental and random but now the decision made of not coming here again. Either staffs are not trained properly of the measurements or they dont care. I am a forever french vanilla lover cant see this brand value going down.

Not only do they fill your coffee up 3/4 full, pretty sure they dilute their coffee/steeped tea with hot water. My steeped tea today was absolutely disgusting. Basically tasted like water with cream. Never going back to this location but if you do, taste your drinks before leaving!
