I come here early afternoon everyday for a large cappuccino. Most of the staff is very friendly, beyond who’s serving me at the drive through many staff members will come up to the window to say hello upon noticing me, admittedly I’m very polite and friendly also. Beyond the friendliness this location is the only one I know of that still actually knows how to make a cappuccino or pretty darn close (1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, 1/3 foam), other locations hand you a cup of warm milk, like a wet latte. Sure sometimes it goes wrong but most times it’s right, I will find myself in the north end wanting a cappuccino and will drive all the way here to get it. They are consistent, don’t know what happened with other locations, a couple years ago the cappuccinos were pretty consistent across Tim Hortons.

Every time I go here, they serve every car in the drive-through before they serve me at the counter, I have waited so long that I left a couple times, and will never go back after it happened again tonight.

Menu was not up and fully working - mom wanted a cold drink so I asked what cold drinks they had ... blank stare. So I said Drinks that are not hot ... do they show up on your order screen? Blank stare ... okay gave up on that. Asked for her donut (Bailey's Boston Cream) in a box so it did not get squished as she wanted it for dessert later in the day ... box? A box? (Can you put it in a Tim Bit's box? ... oh, a box. YES A BOX ... will stick to drivethru from now on as I am pretty sure they know the meaning of COLD and BOX...unless the cashier was just being a misogynist....)

Totally organized chaos in this place never getting anything right in my orders and it’s pretty simple 2 cream 1 sweetener please tell me how I get an ice cap or a tea

I picked my food from this place about 5 minutes ago, the chicken wrap smelled like chicken was rotten or not cooked properly and the coffee was just water which i had. Dumping both things in garbage, now will go somewhere else to pick my food. Never recommend this place ever, i myself will not come to this place for sure again and please don’t waste your money at this time hortons, rather go to one near southdale and wharncliffe, their service and quality is amazing.! This place is really wastage of money or either train your staff how to make things! I went through drive way to collect my food and realised later when left from there that it’s not worth eating!

This is what their steep tea (1C 1S) looks like. It’s milky, it’s watery, it’s tasteless gross bs. This wasn’t the case but sadly that is the case where ever I go with all the coffees and teas I’ve been buying for 20+ years in Canada. Please STOP hiring people with just functioning arms and legs, look for more.
I won’t mention the illegal minimum wage bs going on in Timmis now days but at least serve us with quality beverages.

I had excellent customer service today at this Tim hortons.I had a tough day, but the lady, I thought her name starting with P and can't read her name plate, at Tim Hortons made it better. Her warm smile and friendly service really brightened my day. I loved her smile and how well she served me. I love to visit this Tim hortens. Keep it up guys.

I often frequent this location due to my path to work, the staff who take orders move very fast and efficient. Making the line go quickly which is nice. Today the staff at the window confirmed an order, asking if I got a iced cap and an everything bagel with cream cheese. I advised 'No, i got a coffee and cinnamon bagel with butter', she acknowledged and swapped the order on her POS system. I opened my Tims app and used points to pay for the bagel and used my card for the coffee, I get to work, open the bag and find the bagel I had already confirmed NO to. So I wasted my points (which takes a while to get enough to buy stuff with) and no breakfast. All AFTER she confirmed my order and STILL handed me the wrong food.
Im not often to complain and this location USUALLY does good, but this is literally just careless mistakes and I am unable to make my way back to fix this
