Are you flipping joking how can you stir a coffee and not see this huge chuck of plastic floating in my cup I almost chocked on it and of course they don’t pick up the phone and all head office said was oh we are sorry thank your for the feedback about one of our locations. I’m absolutely done with ALL Tim Hortons WHAT if this was a child they would have swallowed it or anyone at that matter. You are very lucky I didn’t because I would have been even more annoyed and angry. It’s very pathetic that Tim Hortons didn’t even care about this issue. They brushed it off like oh well it happens to everybody Tim Horton is not what it used to be back in the days. It has gone downhill Can’t even trust your food or drink from any Tim Hortons anymore.
Update it was the hard rubber in the bottom of the canister that they pour coffee out of I talked to somebody that works at Tim Hortons. I showed them it at another location and they said that they have had this issue a few times. I’m not the only one where the rubber plastic in the bottom falls apart and goes into peoples coffee. WOW

I come to this Tim’s every morning for my steeped tea, they are always so friendly on the window and quick! They usually recognize my order, the drive thru is always moving very fast!! Sometimes there is traffic jam of people trying to exit the plaza, but this is my go to in the morning 😊

This is my regular Tim Hortons. Always fast and courteous service. The staff is always welcoming on weekdays and on weekends. Never had an unpleasant experience here. Great teamwork, keep up the good work!

: I ordered an iced coffee, but it had way too much ice and barely any coffee. It melted quickly and lost its taste. Please balance the ice better next time — I love Tim Hortons, but this was disappointing.
Having a rough sleepless morning so thought I'd get a sandwich to perk me up, get to work and open it up to see this. Also I always ask for vanilla in my iced coffee and 1/10 times it's added. A bit disappointed considering how friendly it used to be. The lady in the morning isn't as friendly as the other one used to be.

Ordered an espresso that came cold and was met with an Indian employee who refused to replace the espresso with a fresh one. The employee further decided that if I didn't take it as is he would phone the police. Ridiculous behavior.
I've had better experiences at this Tim Hortons but holy, that guy was a real piece of work.
