When we used our reusable tim’s cups we saw that they pour the coffee from a plastic cup into the reusable then throw out the plastic…defeating the entire purpose of eliminating the plastic waste. I asked them why and they said they simply couldn’t use the plastic cup anymore?? It’s not possible to have a designated cup/cups for pouring then rinsing it afterwards? They also always get my mods wrong on my orders

This is a really nice Tim Hortons.In ways likeReally nice cheerful helpful friendly staff.They manage their store well even when busy which mostly they are when I visit.It's kept clean biggest point.Food is always hot.Drinks too which is rare at most if them specifically Steep tea which is really hot in this Tims great jobEveryone looks happy here.I like this Tims ??

Genuinely the worst tim hortons in London, food is always disgusting and sloppy and covered in other food. Rude servers who never listen, you have to repeat several times the go back because it’s always wrong. Sucks because it’s the closest Tim hortons to our house. If you can go to any other Tim hortons definitely recommend you to skip this location. Needs new management. Also never make things good either cold or burnt.

Teach your employees to put the lid on the coffee this morning she knew the lid was not on I even told her and she still pushed 2 cups of coffee out the window at me one with no lid on it. Burning my hand and then does not say a word and tells me to take the other cup knowing she burnt my hand. I called the store, and the manager did not seem to care. Then I found out it was her, and that is why she didn't care. They will care when they get a lawsuit. Teach your workers to hand one coffee at a time out the window, not 2, and to PUT THE LIDS on the cups it's not that hard it is common sense.
