Coffee is so bad even doesn’t have the coffee test and coffee was cold, poor customer service and very slow service. Been waiting 15 minutes for the order.

Tried to order two sandwich combos. The person taking the orders could not understand what I was asking, although I was speaking perfectly clearly. They kept trying to add shredded cheese to the sandwiches instead of the cheddar cheese I was asking for. They rang in the order incorrectly and one sandwich did not come with the drink I ordered. When I tried to ask and correct the cashier they just looked at me, smiled and said “yeah I didn’t ring in your second drink.” I was so frustrated I just left without the second drink. Then, when I ate the sandwich it tastes horrible. Like the turkey was old, and they hadn’t cleaned the cutting board in between cutting onions and everything else. If I wanted an onion sandwich I would have asked for that, not turkey and cheese.

If you don’t care about order accuracy and proper food handling, then this is the spot to hang.

Very great service , nice,friendly, and always smiling, the supervisors are always on top of things and they make sure customers get served and other things around the store get done. They make sure the staff stop doing their chore and help the customers waiting. Drive thru is really fast with smiling employees. Especially a young man by the name of Alperen, I think he is a supervisor, he works very hard and makes sure customers are served right and fast. And it is clear his team members like him as well.

I went to this location today to work on a project. I was taken aback by how long it took for them to take lobby orders. I understand prioritizing the drive-through, but it wasn't that busy. Maybe like 3 cars at most? There were no delivery orders onscreen, and there was about a 15-minute wait. I was looking at my phone, so I saw the time; I am not exaggerating. There was one white guy about 5'8 with blond hair and a blonde moustache, and he was making the food. I am describing him crudely here because I didn't catch his name, but he made sure my wrap was fresh, and he was the only person working with a sense of urgency, at least from what I could see. I really appreciate his efforts, and I feel bad for him that his environment does not try to match his efforts. I'm writing this review inside Tim Hortons, at approximately 3:40 pm on a Tuesday. I can see what is going on in the store with extreme detail. I work in fast food myself, and I saw disappointing management at this location. They hired new staff recently, but the managers were not doing their due diligence and staying on top of the crew as they were learning to punch in orders. This increased the wait times, and although I understand being new at the job, management is supposed to see to efficiency and training on shift, regardless of customer volume. Instead, it seemed as though the management was just chatting in the drive-through area with other employees while the crew was floundering up front.

Odd situation but not upset about it.

Ordered a mobile order and checked the location on Google first to make sure I was ordering to the right one. Wanted to order to 1229 Wonderland location but on Google Maps the 1229 location says that its address is 670 so I ordered to 670. Ordered it and went in but of course it was the wrong location. Just checked now and there’s no Tim’s on Google Maps at the 670 location. So clearly a missing Tim’s location is missing on Google Maps.

Couldn’t pick my order cause it was too far but went later and they remade it for me.
