Waiting for 20 minutes inside and watching folks bagels burned , while I wait for one sandwich. Mind you the staff are yapping and laughing while they burn people's food. Time to boycott tims for good.
Awful- both toilets were clogged with nasty, giant poops and the counter was severely understaffed no one took an order for 10 minutes. Whoever runs this Tim’s should be embarrassed and replaced with someone remotely competent. Obviously not the staff’s fault they were doing the best they could- clearly a failure of management.

I bought a cup of coffee today, but the first sip felt bad. Twenty minutes later, I felt nauseous and wanted to vomit, and thirty minutes later, I had diarrhea.

They need to get their act together. There were only two cars in the drive through, myself and the person who got there before me. They were in the left lane so I got in the right. They finished their order and pulled ahead. Then, a third car pulled in and they were served next. If you’re going to have a system, learn to use it properly.

Flies fly and land on croissants and donuts. So disgusting and unhygienic! Will never go again. I don’t want to get sick!

BAD FOOD MANAGEMENT!
Flies, Yellow Jacket Bees/Hornets and Fruit Flies swarming in the display cases and landing on the food. Reported to the server and she just shrugged her shoulders and stated she will have to report it to the manager.
This situation isn't just at the site, also at many Tim Hortons and even at University Hospital where Tim Hortons is situated on the main floor at the entrance and exit doors.
Tim Hortons, clean up you act. Many customers could become very ill with contamination and big law suit could becoming your way!!!
