Genuinely waited twenty minutes for a sandwich with two slices of turkey on it, after the employee sighed and said “whatever.” When asked by another employee if she could make a lunch item at 10:59… there’s always an issue with this tim hortons.

Good atmosphere, solid parking and friendly staff. The food is solid but not amazing, the wait times are okay. Overall, this is a good but not great location.

Terrible service! Workers seem miserable, not friendly at drive through, waiting times at driving though are ridiculous! I would not recommend going to this location unless you don’t mind waiting long. The volume on the drive through windows is so loud you can hear the worker so loud it sounds like they are yelling your order at you. None of the workers look happy to be working at this location.

Waited at least 20 minutes for a couple of breakfast wraps. During that time, 2 people brought back their orders because they were wrong. I witnessed one person bring a bagel back (after sitting down and opening it) to say it wasn't theirs, and then the employee handed it to another customer. Sorry, but a fresh bagel should have been made.

No service with a smile, no friendly greeting. Kudos to the person who was making the food though. Only one prep station open, servicing 2 drive thru lines and 2 cashes inside. Manager should have noticed how busy it was and opened a 2nd prep station.

There are other Tim's not too far away, so I think I'll go elsewhere next time

I have been a customer of this location for 10 + years. It has declined significantly in the past year.It doesn't matter whether you are inside the restaurant or in the drive through the customer service is terrible. No one is ever trying to serve you in a timely fashion, the employees are mostly rude and not personable at all.No manners, no smiles , all looking miserable to be working there. The wait is always long even if it is not busy and at least 50 % of the time the order is incorrect.
After my visit today I will not be returning. The place was not clean at all, the washrooms were totally disgusting and the service was worse than usual.

The staff was difficult to understand, order had to repeated several times. There were lots flies throughout the food display, enough that it was easily notice and it didn't appear to have been cleaned anytime recently

I hate coming to this store, i have already complaint in tims survey that the dont have adequate amount of people to working here. Two Crew members are doing all the stuff and i have seen one guy in drive through even missed to pickup the pizza as the staff was busy in the store and attending other people. Management could save money by not giving jobs to enough people but its affecting your reputation. Remember customer is the king.

I have never seen people who hated being present as much as the employees at this store. Glazed look in their eyes, The Walking Dead shuffling across from one area to another. No thank yous, no smiles, nothing. Tim's might want to hire the living next time.
