I've been here waiting for an everything bacon flatbread for 25 minutes. Girl says it's been ordered but no explanation why I'm still waiting. The customer here ahead of me waiting for a flatbread also.

Nov 16 at 845am - 12+ cars in drive through, 8+ people inside waiting to order and I counted 4 maybe 5 staff? Is this normal for the morning rush?

Please stop watering down your cream of broccoli soup. We ate there 2 weeks ago. I should have returned it and gotten my money back. Very disappointed!

Would give negative stars if I could, the worst service ever. Not only arrogant but partially even deaf. I ordered a small french vanilla and a croissant with butter, simple right?

No. Not for this staff at this location. I’m in the drive thru and they give me a bagel instead of a croissant, I mentioned this at the window and “manager” lady informs me they’re out of croissants and the lady that took my order reassures the “manager” lady that I ordered a bagel. ANYWAYS, I leave and 5 minutes into driving I take a sip and my french vanilla isn’t even a french vanilla. I turn around and go back, park my car and go inside.

And now I’m late for work because these guys decided to mess up my order and I had to waste time by turning around and going inside the store and WAITING.

It takes forever for me to get the “managers” attention and finally I tell the “manager” what the issue was and I get my CORRECT order, after 40+ minutes wasted, I finally get my plain and simple order, a french vanilla and a croissant.

Probably the most unorganized and poorly managed Tim Hortons I’ve ever experienced. Staff don’t seem to understand basic logic or any sense of compassion. Not only do they ignore clients while they wait in line but they also have the rudest person on the planet working the front till.

This is the worst tim hortons in London. Drive-through is always slow even if it is not busy. Most of the times they made my order wrong, and I went back to fix it. The service is worse, and staff needs to be trained properly. I used to work in tim a few years ago, and it wasn't like this.

Worst customer service at drive thru, i ordered an everything bagel with hashbrown first they said they have it then at window they said they dont have hashbrown so i chnaged it with croissant but ended up getting croissant only.
