I visited this Tim Hortons location recently and had a disappointing experience. The assistant manager (a tall lady) spent a lot of time talking with employees while customers were waiting to be served. It felt like customer service was not being prioritized. As a customer, I expect staff—especially management—to focus on helping customers in a timely and professional manner. Unfortunately, I felt ignored and the service was slower than it should have been. I hope management can address this and ensure better attention to customers in the future.

They just can't get sour cream glazed donut correct. It's soggy spongy covered in goopy glaze. I brought this to their attention a couple of times but they just can't seem to fix the problem. Otherwise the staff are great.

Me and my friends came inside to charge our electric bike and electric scooter but the bike I’ll admit was pretty big so when they asked us to remove it, I did without any issues but we had the scooter off to the side without bothering anyone or being in anyone’s way, and there was no complaints but the manager Shirvani came to us and started unplugging it without permission and touching the scooter and charger even after my friend said not to touch it and she just heard me submitting this review and she said oh thank you very much in a sarcastic tone after us spending like $40

The employees kicked me and my friends out for charging my scooter, and we bought food which we were supposed to and they were being rude and they were touching my scooter and I told him to not touch it and I told him that we were gonna leave after me and my friends finished our food, but they never listened to us and horrible horrible terrible the worst ever service ever never never come never

Jan08,at 9.00am got my steep tea n plain begal the begal ws not tosted properly n no butter on it,thy just put cheese on ws so dry codnt eat it so had trow it away ,like always thy just rush rush race,,in that case thy dont make yr food properly done,thy need to slow down n focus on quality n service,,every tims doing a same,I use to b retailer n know what customer service is v rarely u find best serv tims in london

This is the SECOND time I have paid for a 4-Cheese bagel, and paid for DOUBLE Creamed cheese. Does this even REMOTELY look like double creamed cheese??? Barely one serving. BOTH times~ THIS is what I got. NOT double, that I PAID for. This one is going in the barbage~ same as the first time they ripped me off. I’ll just stop in London from now on, on my way to work. P.S.- Management, I am owed what I paid for, and did not receive. I’ll come in personally if there is no response.
Excellent place for a cup of Joe and a quick snack. The environment is enjoyable, as is the staff. Will be visiting again.😊
