The cashier was extremely rude to us, had zero patience. Granted, we had s van full of kids and I was trying to convey their order from the passenger seat (my husband was driving and doesn’t speak a lot of English), and they couldn’t hear me. I was doing my best to speak up, but boy did I get an ear full once we got to the cashier. Very unpleasant experience.

Compare to the others… I’d rather choose this store. The flies are an essential element at any Tims now, and of course they got those. At least they can make the right double double, and clean floor.

This is truly one of the best Tim’s in the city. Everybody seems to be happy and the staff is all kind and courteous. They’ve gotten my order right every time and it’s always delicious!
Bonus that the drive-thru is rarely backed up and if it is it generally moves very quickly ?

Since they hired new staff I have had bad experiences just trying to order a simple breakfast or lunch combo at this and other locations across London. Every visit they forget my donut or my coffee and hashbrowns. If they do remember to include my donut, it is squished and the icing is ruined. They need to hire people that speak fluent english and understand how to make basic change if you choose to pay by cash not debit or credit. New staff also messed up other patrons orders ahead of mine and just stood confused by Canadian currency. Please stop talking and cutting me off while I'm telling you what you're about to ask me. I feel so bad for the fully trained staff who no doubt have an extra workload just trying to train them. Held up the line even longer, so I left. I did not recieve my proper change and my order was incomplete 6 visits in a row. If you aren't served by the original ladies they will get it wrong every time. Look in your order bag before you leave, I guarantee something will be missing!

Drive thru. Have attended this outlet for several years. Staff is always courteous and friendly. This outlet has a large variety of fresh products available when we visit. The parking situation is excellent. Thankyou!
