Waited in line for 5 minutes just to order at 12:20pm and than waited for my 3 drinks for 10 minutes along with 5-8 other customers not enough staff working. They are all walking at snail pace and are more focused on their skip orders while their drive thru is also long

It’s incredibly disheartening to see a business owner value profit over her employees’ health and safety. A safe and supportive workplace should be a priority—unfortunately, that’s not the case here. I won’t be returning and hope Gale reconsiders her approach to employee welfare.

Worst experienced I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons unable to understand my order as we went through the drive-through. We didn’t check the order till we were down. The road was a cold wet day, and we were looking for a hot chocolate. They were full of water and no chocolate in them, donuts were thrown in a bag without cheats between them. What a mass completely unacceptable, get it together if you’re training people make sure that they’re doing the job right will not be back and will let others know. Terrible terrible terrible on acceptable.

The drive through is always a wait except on Saturday mornings your in and out the staff seems more efficient then the past few times I've gone to the veterans one they get a few of the drinks wrong it's right on the board then we get it it's wrong...I'm leaving a little earlier so I can go to the one on Dundas and veterans they are faster and I get the right drinks everytime
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible spots are located beside the door there's a ramp to get to the doors (rather long to get to the ramp) but the door has working Wheelchair accessible doors
