I had a very disappointing experience tonight. I asked if I could place an order at the drive-thru without a car, but the staff on duty told me “no, you need a car.” This means that for a simple $3.44 coffee, I was refused service. The response felt disrespectful and unhelpful. Very disappointed with the way I was treated.

I wanna give a shout out to the worker, i think her name tag said Jade, but she was so sweet and very friendly when taking my order! Even gave great recommendations when they were out of things!

As always quick and same quality of coffee and food. Would definitely recommend this place it's consistent and the staff seem to be friendly and take their jobs seriously.

I went to this location on veterans parkway but I almost missed it. I even knew it was coming up and was looking for it. But there are so many trees in the way that you don't see it till the last minute. In my opinion, they should trim those trees so that you can actually see the building before you pass it.

One of the worst tim horton locations in london. It used to be quick now has the slowest service. Everytime I've gone in for the past 3 years its 15 miniute wait for 1 wrap and a cofee and thats when no one is ahead of me. You can see 4 employees not working and chatting everytime or someone wants a refund and not one worker knows how do a refund

Seema and Michelle the manager who answered the phone and is beyond friendly need to be recognized. Their customer service skills are out of this world.
Renovated new and clean.
Staff are fast and friendly and ... Competent. They do make errors at this location, I choose now not to deal with the problem... It's too embarrassing to correct them too many times. 😆
DRIVE-THRU is fast and efficient! Even when there's a huge line wrapping around the building, and almost at the parking lot. They have their drive-thru down pat!
Other than the mistakes, simply with just an iced capp having flavour added to it.... Nothing more than a first world problem. PS props to the confidence to the gentleman wearing the cowboy hat taking orders through the drive-thru that is swanky.
