I like to go to Tim only for the French Vanilla.I like the taste of it , also the service of Tim .I would say the space inside is some kind of Congested but the atmosphere is good enough.

I stopped going to this Tim Hortons and this morning reminded me why. The lady who took my order at the drive thru window was amazing and her customer service was stellar.The older lady who took payment and handed me my coffee and breakfast was miserable. Just abruptly handed me my things and that’s it. No thank you. No have a nice day. What happened to manners and respect for people?This world’s gone down the drain.

To be honest the whole chain no longer is what it was. Absolutely horrible service at all locations and coffee is now mediocre. Mac Donald's has way better
I order coffee every morning and night staff always rocked. Today’s chai tea latte was awesome, loved it :)

Staff was rude through the drive thru. Was told not to use the drive thru with more than 6 drinks. Not sure why it’s an issue when we are paying customers. Can thru at 2:15. Staff was female

Was a great experience. 1 lady in particular was amazing. I talked with the store manager, to report how outstanding of an employment, greeter, order taker, all in 1. Nice 2 c such a great personShe definitely deserves a raise!!!!
