this Tim Hortons is unfortunately the only one near where I live.
I purchase steeped tea from this store regularly, and 9 / 10 times the tea has a noticeable paper-like, watery taste. Today’s experience was particularly poor, with the tea tasting extremely diluted and unpleasant.
this location benefits from a strong location advantage and steady foot traffic, there aren’t much other choices nearby, so is that a reason not to improve?
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure proper preparation standards are followed consistently.

Not sure why we pay $3.50 for a drink when it isn’t even full. This is getting ridiculous. Half the time you go there is cream cheese on half your bagel and now I get a hot chocolate and they can’t even fill it. Not sure if the employees are too young to understand or they think it’s a joke. Do better Tim Hortons

This is a really nice branch- it’s large with lots of selection and options. It’s quite clean lots of easy parking and the staff are generally pretty friendly. Even though there’s a lot of stuff, it’s sometimes slow if you go inside, I guess they prioritize the very popular drive-through? 🤷🏼♀️ but otherwise a great place to meet.

Yea so long story short i was enjoying my scrumptious timbits when i suddenly had the urge to rip a fat one. So i did and a little turtleneckin situation i was in. I ran into the wc and saw the employee Mark was playing with himself with the same type timbits that i got. safe to say i would never get the chocolate glazed again if u know what i mean.

I ordered a croissant breakfast box with sausage and coffee but got one with sandwich sausage instead of crumbled sausage. When I called the store, there was no apology they just said they didn’t have crumbled sausage at the moment and didn’t mention that during payment. Later, they told me to come back with the box for a refund instead of offering any proper solution. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service

Usually they’re fine but today they stuffed all three items in one small bag: a croissant, a cookie, and a muffin. By the time I got home the cookie was crumbled and mixed with croissant flakes. I get they want to move fast through the drive through but I felt like I was handed trash.
We ordered pizza through their drive thru, at Tims in Adelaide and Sunningdale, we were told to park and wait, after 10 mins no pizza, my husband had to go in the store get the pizza. He saw it on top of the counter waiting just like us.

I just left the drive-through and I ordered a turkey bacon club sandwich cutting in half and grilled. I got the sandwich but it wasn’t grilled and it wasn’t cutting in half a simple request and it can’t be done. No wonder why you have 3.8 stars.

I live just down the street from this location , only one older lady is very nice, the rest are very bad attitude people , iv tried over the years, but the last visit just made my mind up, stay the away from this location. O my God last afternoon at between 5to6 went back to this location, a bunch of us standing in line, the young server ignored us for over 20 minuts but he had quick time to serve the nationality he is from right over top of us in multiple times. a gentleman and i both left , after the gentleman standing by me spoke with young person i gues the top brass have no need to check the camera , im the fool for keep trying , just close your doors do us all justice
