Stopped for breakfast and a coffee. The cashier that served us at the counter was great. Took our orders, was pleasant, no issues. This is where it goes downhill. Got our bagel belts. Missing the bacon. No problem, I bring it back to the counter and they add the missing bacon to both orders.
Take it back to my seat and notice after a few bites that I have 2 bagel bottoms as part of my sandwich. I would have taken it back to the counter again except the person that fixed my order the first time, wasn’t very pleasant.
Coffee was good!
They have so called engineering students there who couldn’t even engineer my ice capp correctly (forgot my chocolate shot)

Went in the drive through and ordered came to the window to pick up and pay i paid I got my food looked in there wrong item I asked the guy I said I got the wrong stuff he fixed it I said there’s a price difference he ohh no it’s the same I left didn’t say much but went online to look there is a price difference indeed not much but still a 70cent that’s not the fact the fact is that he lied to me because he was lazy to look into it …. No wonder why he didn’t hear me correctly he was wearing an earbud listening to music through that that’s a health and safety wearing one while working .!!!!

Sharing my incredible experience at this location I frequent. Over the past few months, I've been a loyal customer, and I can confidently say that my experiences have been nothing short of phenomenal! I understand that the drive-thru can get quite busy at times, but the professionalism and customer service I’ve received have truly blown me away. I have been consistently impressed by the staff, particularly a wonderful lady named Tracy. Her dedication to providing top-notch service is evident with every interaction, and I am always greeted with a warm smile, no matter how hectic it gets. I genuinely believe that Tracy deserves recognition for her amazing work. It’s hard to understand why she hasn't been considered an ambassador of service throughout the region yet! Her commitment to customer satisfaction sets a high standard, and I think she would be a fantastic representative for Tim Horton.
Keep up the great work Tracy, you are a champion!

I'd like to make a quick review for my favourite item, the loaded bowls. I'm pretty sure the bowl has a "fill line" for employees to reference how much should be put in, but my very recent experience was very disappointing as the "fill line" was very exposed. Photos attached to this review are different times of my visit at this location for comparison. Hope this problem can be fixed with the staff 😊

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this location due to communication barriers with the staff. During my recent visit, I clearly stated my order, yet it was completely incorrect. This wasn’t the first time it has happened, and it’s frustrating when clear communication is essential in a customer service role. It’s important for the staff to understand customer requests accurately to ensure a positive experience, but unfortunately, this location consistently fails in that regard

Don’t deserve my money, went to order at drive in, completely rude talking back to me. I don’t tolerate people working minimum wage selling donuts and coffee being disrespectful I didn’t even order I drove off. Lol
Foods gross and becoming overpriced.
Rather go to Starbucks or make at home, hire new people before they shut down. Unprofessional

I went to order my coffee and waiting forty turn.The girl taking my order was very rude and had a racist body language towards me.She gestured as if I was her pet dog.She profiled me on the basis of my ethnicity and skin colour.She was very unprofessional and has no right to continue in the job.
