Dear Tim Hortons Team,

I usually have positive experiences at Tim Hortons, but unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing due to poor customer service. I ordered a drink and politely clarified my order, but did not receive a straw. I waited for about five minutes and when I asked for assistance, I was ignored. I had to ask again after another five minutes.

When I finally received a response, the employee seemed frustrated and told me I was taking the wrong drink even though I had clarified my order earlier. The individual was a tall white man with glasses. I’m not sure why the interaction became so unpleasant, but it left a negative impression.

I understand that everyone can have an off day, but customer service should always remain respectful. Perhaps this location could benefit from additional training or reconsideration of staffing to ensure that employees are equipped to handle busy shifts and communicate with customers appropriately.

Got a coffee and some food. It's timmies so it wasn't the Ritz in quality but it was up to the standards one should expect.

But these guys hustle, are consistent and are communicative with their customers.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons, and I feel compelled to address the unacceptable behavior of some of the staff members, particularly the younger ones. Their lack of basic customer service skills was appalling.

I understand that working in fast food can be stressful, but there is no excuse for rudeness. Simple politeness and respect are not optional; they are fundamental requirements for any customer-facing role. The way some of the staff spoke to customers, including myself, was disrespectful and dismissive. It seemed as though they had no interest in being there, and their attitude reflected that.

If these individuals are so unhappy with their jobs that they can't even manage a basic level of courtesy, then perhaps they should consider alternative employment. Customers should not be subjected to their bad moods and unprofessional conduct. It is unacceptable to treat paying customers with such disdain.

Tim Hortons needs to address this issue and provide adequate training to its staff on customer service and communication. A positive and respectful environment is essential for a successful business, and the current level of service is simply unacceptable.

Worse customer service, employees are very very rude. I wish I can talk to the manager of the store. You should not leave the store without any management. Every single time when I go there, I see the employee is fighting with customers.

My opinion on this Tim Hortons location is so strong, I needed to post another review to appreciate the staff. This time I was served by a Vani I believe. Even though I ordered 5 coffees, it took no longer than 3 minutes to get my order. Very impressed with the staff here. 5 stars. Keep up the good work!
