Fastest Drive thru in the city especially when ordering lots of food

I’m not sure what is going on with the espresso machine at this location. Some days it works, and other days it doesn’t.The issue has been going on for over a month now. The employees working at the store keep making different excuses every time I am there. I’m not sure whether the owner is cheap on buying a new one because clearly fixing it doesn’t seem to solve the issue.

My frustration comes when I get told it’s down due to me wasting at times 10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru and then get told the machine isn’t working.

I would expect a franchise as big as Tim Hortons would act immediately and fix the issue.

To the owner of this franchise location. Invest in a small sign and put it outside to let people know your million dollar espresso machine is down rather than wasting our time. (Especially during the rush hour times early on in the day)

I visit this location every morning for my coffee and generally have a good experience. However, I encountered an issue with a staff member named Virginia, who displayed unprofessional behavior. She was poking at customers and yelling, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. When questioned, she confidently mentioned her manager, Kim, implying that no action would be taken. Additionally, she appeared visibly unhappy about her shift, which seemed to contribute to the negative interaction.

I believe every customer deserves a welcoming and respectful experience, and I hope this feedback helps in addressing the situation constructively.

The worst experience happened at this store. I ordered two toys through the app, but when I arrived at the store to pick them up, I was told they had sold out a month ago. This raises the question: why were they still available for purchase on the app?

I requested a refund on the spot, only to be told that refunds could only be processed online. However, when I contacted online customer service, they said that only the physical store could handle refunds.

I visited the store twice more to request a refund. On one occasion, I was told to come before 5 PM during the day. Today, when I arrived earlier, they informed me I had to come before 3 PM because the manager had already left by 3 PM.
