I went this morning, had to wait atleast 10 minutes for them to take my order, the girl who served me was very unpleasant, no manners what so ever. After they took my order, I was waiting and they served 2 orders that came after me, before me, I then had to go and tell them I still hadn't received my order. They ended up giving my order to another customer, the person who came after me and who they gave my order to, wad still served before me. No one was in the drive through. No apology from the girl who handed me my order. Very bad customer service

Went this morning and would have given them 5 stars because they were taking a while (girl was training and manager was very polite BUT when I told them my simply sausage was on the wrong bread he took it back and then rushed to give me this... because the cheese was stuck to the English muffin he just left it and stuck it between the home style biscuit. I wondered what he was looking at when he packaged it. Sheer laziness :(

Consistent service and quality.. Exactly what one would expect from a Tim Hortons. Small restaurant in a gas station - not sure how they get it all done in their small space! I will adjust my commute to ensure I always come to this location.

The employees here are so miserable!! Huffing and puffing while having to remake a drink because they NEVER make it properly. Same guy starts singing in the middle of me taking an order and looking away in the distance no eye contact nothing !! Poor customer service skills .

Bacon in chicken wrap given, I don't eat pork bacon beef as per my religious beliefs, on complaint tim hortons customer service responds to this situation with 400 points = a free coffee 🫡👏 and no refund yet, great service.
Make sure to check your food before eating the employees are great in mixing up.

I ordered a soup, some bread, and ginger ale today from this location while stuck in my dorm feeling terribly sick. The workers, noticing what I ordered, assumed I wasn’t feeling well and left me the sweetest note wishing me to feel better. It truly made my day and brought a little bit of home comfort into my college life. Small gestures like this mean so much, and it shows how much the staff genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Tim Hortons, for the amazing service and kindness! ❤️

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru today (1885 huron street Tuesday Aug 6 at 5.00pm ). The lady taking my order was extremely rude and dismissive. Customer service should always be a priority, and this interaction left a lot to be desired. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a better experience for future customers.
