Every Wednesday I pick up a coffee and 10 TimBits for my 95 yr old mother and have lunch with her. Staff is very good and service is great. You have to time your visit around the school kids.

Its a hit or miss situation with this store. in the mornings on Mondays to Friday are useuly very polite great service and coffee is amazing. on the week nights and weekends the service and coffee isn't so well. Tonight i got asked if i really needed the Decaf coffee cause there was none made. I don't mind waiting for the Decaf cause it is needed as i can not drink any other kinds dew to medical issues. I wish they would pay as much attention to the Decaf as they do to the regular coffee as i know for a fact im not the only one that can only drink Decaf. At the weekends and nights the coffee is either burnt or they don't pay attention to details on what is put in the coffee and some time both.

Just purchased a bagel double toasted with herb and garlic. This is what I recieved. Just smooshed together with no regard to the customer. Look how caked on the cream cheese is.#yuck #

They didn't have what I wanted, the outside board was too crowded to look at it properly and too fast, and they messed up my drink. We had to go around and park and go inside the store and tell the staff what the problem is AND THEY DIDN'T APOLOGIZE.The staff at the window had an accent and we couldn't understand her. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!???

This Tim Hortons has got to be the worst. Everytime i go to order, the person taking my order is rude and cuts me off when I am speaking. When I pull up to the window, I am greeted by a very rude and disrespectful employee… every… single… time. They also always get my order wrong. Pretty disappointed in the service here.
Absolute trash I sat in the drive through for 3 minutes and they never answered then when the person behind me pulled up they answered immediately, they must hire retards at this one

The morning staff at this location are so kind! The past few times I've visited this location my order was ready when I got to the drive thru window & they were accurate - which you don't see much of these days. Sometimes they don't have an item I'd like, but other than that I would definitely recommend this Tim Hortons if you're in a rush & want fast, friendly service!

That old lady was rude as hell when I went through the drive thru….she didn’t even let me finish my order and spoke over the nice lady that was taking my order. No need for her to act like that. She needs to find a different job, because obviously this isn’t the job for her.
