First in line at 5:15am, 2 large regulars. Cars started to show up. Still have not received the coffees. Instead the employee starts working on everyone else's orders and we still have not received our coffees. Waited 15mins trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. Ended up just leaving.

Absolutely terrible stuck up staff. They cut you off when asking questions and don't give a time of day for you or your order. No hello or have a good day, just dirty looks. Check ur staff tim hortons, pretty unreal that these people work customer service.

Tim Hortons and Google need to communicate better. I just wasted 20 minutes trying to get a coffee but the 3 locations Google maps took me to are all locations inside of private businesses that you have to be an employee or inside of schools/hospitals where you also have to have business to be there not just to get a coffee. Pretty poor execution on both parties.

Depends on which Tim Hortons you go to not all the same I have my favorites. The customers are usually much nicer. One young lady who works there never smiles I tried to get her to smile she is dealing with the public sometimes she grins. So it's better than nothing. The other ladies make me laugh and it's good to go and the food is good because it shows they care. When a person becomes a regular no other Tim Hortons is good. The food is good, quick service and smiles make a difference. If you are having a bad day -stay home. A little smile goes a very long way for someone who needs one. Have a nice day!
