I’ve been going to this Tim Hortons almost every single day for the past seven years and never had a bad experience until today. I asked for a small coffee and a cup of water, but was given a small cup. When I politely asked for a medium cup of water, the girl named Vanessa responded inappropriately and even said, “What’s your problem, man?” Her attitude was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. She could have simply changed the cup right away without arguing or saying those words. I understand staff can get tired, but this is not the way to treat customers.

Consistently unable to offer Iced Coffee because they haven't prepared in time. This has happened on more than one occasion, which suggests and inability to plan.

I was waiting in line for 10 minutes at one cash counter, instead of serving me first staff (Tracy) started serving others at another counter which is bad and she noticed me I was waiting.
I hope manager teach her to serve first person who is waiting in line

Always super sweet staff, very efficient and kind. Even had an almost altercation with one of the other customers starting something and the cashier managed to settle it right down without me needing to hardly say or do a thing, and was very kind along with other staff afterwards as well(thanks btw to whatever lady spoke up when a woman was gonna rock my shit for my phone payment being slow lol), very much appreciated. Food and drinks are always great too, and they're honestly the ONLY tims between here and Woodstock since I've worked in timmies myself that has managed to make my steeped tea correctly, so definitely my fav in the city so far!
