Had visited this location to pickup a too good to go box, had asked to use the bathroom and was denied and then i was verbally told I'm not allowed to use it as I overdosed on drugs last time I was there. I'm very insulted as this is my first and certainly my last visit to this location . First off I do not do drugs, so to assume that was rude and uncalled for, Staff was extremely disrespectful and outspoken in their insults and behavior. Not ever going back and I'll be sure to share my experience with everyone....

First of all, I’m glad that they were There because I really needed a coffee however, once inside the doors, the smell was pretty disgusting. I almost left, but I needed a copy that bad. I definitely would not eat here. I figured the coffee was safe. If the service was amazing, I would bring my reading up a bit, but it was not fast or courteous Most of the patrons and I were just standing there, looking at each other in disbelief I know our expectations of Tim Hortons is getting less and less, but this is a new Low Please don’t renovate this building Again It needs to be destroyed and start fresh from the ground up.

Homeless shelter as my friend saw it his mood got worse after see this they have so many diseases sit on chair which can cause public to be suffer in future.

I’ve been going to this Tim Hortons almost every single day for the past seven years and never had a bad experience until today. I asked for a small coffee and a cup of water, but was given a small cup. When I politely asked for a medium cup of water, the girl named Vanessa responded inappropriately and even said, “What’s your problem, man?” Her attitude was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. She could have simply changed the cup right away without arguing or saying those words. I understand staff can get tired, but this is not the way to treat customers.
