My girlfriend ordered two bagels and six donuts after receiving six donuts and one bagel she was left standing there waiting for her second bagel. Which never came. So when she said something about it they told her to get back in line. She was expected to go to the end of the line which was seven people long to reorder a bagel which she had already ordered. She said she was willing to pay for it. She just didn't think it was right that she was made to go back to the end of the line for something that was their mistake. Horrible customer service and at the end of everything she was asked to leave the store with only the one bagel, and 6 doughnuts. Rude. As we were leaving the store, I saw a cockroach ...ewwwww

Honestly, I come to this Tim Hortons every morning and the staff have always been wonderful and courteous polite. My concern is that the owner do something about the homeless situation. The front of the store looks disgusting garbage everywhere and graffiti homeless people sleeping out there piling up garbage doing drugs, passing out peeing on the side of the building, it is not appealing to go and get your morning coffee. I recommend the owner consider hiring some security and they post no loitering signs around the front of the store. I also recommend the owner hire somebody to come and clean the outside of the store, scrub the graffiti off the walls and clean up all the garbage that’s lying around , this place is a restaurant. It’s a place of business and customers who are paying for their food. Want a nice experience not to have to be harassed by homeless people going through the drive-through in the morning .

I went in and used Scan and Pay to pay for my order. Says it failed 3 times...I had to pay cash. I checked my statement and it showed it was charged all 3 times. I showed this to the supervisor said they wouldn't return my money and that I had to contact manager the next day. I contacted the manager and was told I had to go across the city to get my money back. I said this is going to cost me time and money. Couple hours later received a call from the manager and they were now requesting proof of the transactions..I emailed proof...I go downtown to get my money back...I got my money however wasn't offered any type of compensation for the inconvenience...even after making a purchase

At first the lady taking my order sounded so rude and so mean.. but wr got to the window and she opened it and said hello in a funny weird way she was very helpful very nice patient I really liked her lolFood was made right no issues with my iced capp (there seems to always be an issue anywhere else)
