I don’t remember her name but the nice young girl who served me was fast and efficient I ordered 50 Timbits and a donut and I got it in less than 3 minutes (I dined in) she also placed my donut flat on the bottom of the bag so it didn’t stick to the sides by far the fastest and nicest experience I’ve had in a while
Always go here since it's on my way to work but everytime the scanner is not working. Can never get my free coffees using my points or reward offers. Does disappoint me since there's no sign. You just go to try and use it and they just say no sorry dosent work.
This location seems less incompetent of service from staff comparing to other Tim Hortons. There is always is a mishap every time I go here.
They forgot to put napkins in the bag with my breakfast sandwiches, was served hot cappuccino with spoiled sour milk that was confirmed by smell when I had my friend smell if it was off and they were mortified how bad it was and that was served very early in the morning so it seemed like the metal cup they steam the milk was probably very unclean and wasn't washed from the previous day. Or the whole bag of milk is old?
Being served french vanilla with 1,1/2 inch missing from the top, when I was handed the cup it seemed lighter than usual, I asked the staff to please fill it up more she visibly rolled her eyes. It's not that hard to click the plus size button to top off hot drinks.
And most recent I walked in there at 11a.m it was not busy in drive through 1-2 cars and no one else inside when I walked in,
asked for a XL Regular coffee with marshmallow foam and older lady staff said she can't serve that because the foam hasn't been made yet. I told her ok I will go to the other Tim Hortons around the corner. I asked the other location how long does it take to make new batch of marshmallow foam they kind of chuckled and said 1 minute why? It is confirmed the location attached to the gas station deal with far less customers and chores not having to deal with whole lobby of tables, chairs washrooms for guests, and every time I go here it's not busy and still service is terrible. Hostile unfriendly greetings from most staff here. Minimal amount of effort to excel for each order.

You can stop by for a quick beverage and a bite but need to use the restroom somewhere else.
I’m always impressed by the friendly staff and service that is provided by this location! Excellent customer service is always appreciated and at times never mentioned. Thanks to the team at Tim’s for making a difference in our community!
Vegetarian options: None to speak of
Dietary restrictions: Tim Hortons caters to the average person and not to folks with dietary restrictions. They are also not very helpful in the restaurants to those of us who have restrictions. This is common in any Tim Hortons, all they do tell people to look on the website for ingredient listings.
Kid-friendliness: This location tends to cater more to the older generations although kids are definitely allowed.
Wheelchair accessibility: It does have the accessible doors with the buttons but this location is pretty tight for space.
Recommended dishes: Craveables Roast Beef, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

This is the second time I am at this Tim Hortons and the ladies working here is so rude and was behaving without any manners to almost all coustomers when I observed. The tea I ordered was not hot and I didn't make any complain because even the lady who seems to be the supervisor or manager was rude as well so it will be stressfull and waste of my time. Loosing $2 is much better than loosing your peace of mind. One of the worst service a tim Hortons can give

Terrible services. I ordered a veggie cilantro lime wrap instead they punched the order as chicken wrap. How can someone take a veggie wrap order as chicken wrap.
I have been a vegetarian whole my life, got to eat chicken (which I didn’t know it’s a chicken). I just told my husband that the wrap is different today and I don’t feel good. He saw and confirmed that it’s chiken.
We went back to the store and their response was “ it’s OK”.
How can it be OK for someone to mess up the order from veg to non-veg ?
The store manager and owner didn’t even show any empathy. The owner said he can’t even promise that it won’t happen again.
So it appears a normal thing for this Tim store.
How can it be OK? I wanted to record their reaction but the store manager didn’t allow else would have posted on social media of how badly they treat their customers.
I came back home and regretting every bit of going to this Tim store for food.
I wish can give negative rating.

Not going to lie I laughed at the sight of my sandwich, because that’s how low my expectations are for Tim Hortons now a days but who actually makes this and thinks “yup this looks good to send off, someone paid for this”
Also what happened to a happy greeting every once in a while?!
Easily the slowest Tim Hortons in the city. Foritst in line for counter and order taken 9 minutes after arrival. Everybody’s focus is on drive thru and nobody cares about walk in.

It took me 30 minutes to get my $2 coffee in the drive through the gas I spent while I am waiting and the time wastage it worths more than this F coffee
Most of this company branches become worst of the worse it seems they never work on themselves to improve their service with no control no listening to complaints the management of this Franchise don’t care they believe the business coming with no effort just because they are for several years in this business
For me I will stop going to this garbage locations of TM paying more money in Starbucks worth the time and the carelessness in tim hortons.
And now the owner will reply to my review telling me to call the customer care or go to website your reply is ridiculous and so stupid!! Move your ass and do something instead of repeating these stupid replies
