This gas bar location is the best Tim Hortons in London staff is always friendly and helpful coffee is perfect everytime and food is amazing it's the only location I go to now. They do an amazing job

I use this Tim Hortons store often. The food is always fresh. The coffee is excellent. The service is always fast and friendly. This Tim Hortons store also always carries a good selection of Tim Hortons special merchandise on their seasonal promotions. A happy customer. SM

I had a very disappointed experience today, i came here to buy some food after work , and they stopped serving it before 15 mins of their closing i mean it does not make sense. When u close at 6pm so it means serve till that time ,they said we dont have anything expect drinks . Please hire the kind of staff whose willing to work with passion not the clock guys.

I’ve honestly had enough of this particular Tim Hortons location. I’ve given it multiple chances, hoping things would improve, but every single time I’ve visited, it’s been a disappointment—either the food is old, frozen, poorly made, or just flat-out disgusting.

One of the worst experiences was when I ordered a turkey club wrap with no bacon. As soon as I opened it, there was this awful smell—almost like tuna—which completely ruined my appetite. It didn’t taste fresh at all, and I couldn’t even take more than one bite. I politely asked the staff for a refund because the sandwich was clearly not up to standard. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, they told me they couldn’t return my money and that the only thing they could offer was store credit. I didn’t want credit—I wanted my money back for a sandwich I couldn’t eat. After arguing back and forth, they ended up taking the sandwich from me, and I left with nothing. No refund, no replacement, and no food. I walked out feeling upset, unheard, and completely let down.

But the experience didn’t stop there. I decided to give them one last chance today and ordered the BBQ chicken bowl. What a mistake. When I opened the lid, I immediately noticed a hair inside the bowl. Not only that, but the rice tasted old and stale—like it had been sitting out or refrigerated for two days and then reheated. It was dry, hard, and disgusting. It made me sick just thinking about the hygiene standards in the kitchen. At that point, I didn’t even bother asking for a refund because I already knew how they’d respond.

This location clearly doesn’t care about food quality, customer satisfaction, or basic cleanliness. Every visit has been a letdown, and I’m honestly shocked they’re allowed to operate like this. I’ve been to many Tim Hortons across the country, and this one is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

This guys never disappoint. Always make good coffee, unlike other tims the coffee tastes always consistent here. The staff are very professional even when it is busy on both drive through and in store.

This place needs to be avoided at all costs. The food is terrible & the place overall is super unhygienic. The manager who works there Stephanie is a bully and I’ve heard many people complain about her. Her behavior is disgusting and she’s insecure and has hate towards students that work there. She’s loud, aggressive, and in general needs to be put in her place. Stop being a bully and disgusting Stephanie. Remember you are at Tim Hortons id be miserable too. & hit that gym too. Thank you y’all whoever read this & she needed to be exposed out there as she’s the biggest bully towards her staff.

As usual, I ordered Marshmallow cold brew.
Normally, the order is fine, but today they gave me a stale drink, which was a leftover, I guess. The drink was already mixed up. No ice, no marshmallow foam on top.
Don't ruin other people's drink just to upsell the leftovers. It was the senior aged lady with glasses in the drive thru.

I don’t remember her name but the nice young girl who served me was fast and efficient I ordered 50 Timbits and a donut and I got it in less than 3 minutes (I dined in) she also placed my donut flat on the bottom of the bag so it didn’t stick to the sides by far the fastest and nicest experience I’ve had in a while

Always go here since it's on my way to work but everytime the scanner is not working. Can never get my free coffees using my points or reward offers. Does disappoint me since there's no sign. You just go to try and use it and they just say no sorry dosent work.

This location seems less incompetent of service from staff comparing to other Tim Hortons. There is always is a mishap every time I go here.
They forgot to put napkins in the bag with my breakfast sandwiches, was served hot cappuccino with spoiled sour milk that was confirmed by smell when I had my friend smell if it was off and they were mortified how bad it was and that was served very early in the morning so it seemed like the metal cup they steam the milk was probably very unclean and wasn't washed from the previous day. Or the whole bag of milk is old?
Being served french vanilla with 1,1/2 inch missing from the top, when I was handed the cup it seemed lighter than usual, I asked the staff to please fill it up more she visibly rolled her eyes. It's not that hard to click the plus size button to top off hot drinks.
And most recent I walked in there at 11a.m it was not busy in drive through 1-2 cars and no one else inside when I walked in,
asked for a XL Regular coffee with marshmallow foam and older lady staff said she can't serve that because the foam hasn't been made yet. I told her ok I will go to the other Tim Hortons around the corner. I asked the other location how long does it take to make new batch of marshmallow foam they kind of chuckled and said 1 minute why? It is confirmed the location attached to the gas station deal with far less customers and chores not having to deal with whole lobby of tables, chairs washrooms for guests, and every time I go here it's not busy and still service is terrible. Hostile unfriendly greetings from most staff here. Minimal amount of effort to excel for each order.
