I got told by the manager that they did not want to take my order to the drivethrough system (their main terminal in store was not functioning properly) because they were too busy with 1 drive through customer and it was too much effort to go over and key in a bagel belt and an iced coffee. In other words, they wouldn't because they didn't want to. Disgusting, and from the person in charge too. DO NOT SHOP. Just go to another tim hortons or one of the other fast food chains.

This particular establishment has consistently made my orders correct and the drive thru is reasonably quick too. Can’t expect much else from a Tim hortons these days.Would be 5 stars, however, not a single Tim Hortons deserves to be 5 stars due to the low quality food/beverages the franchise in general dares to serve its Canadian customers. The head honchos ought to be ashamed of themselves for permitting this kind of coffee to be served. They’re probably all drinking Starbucks or nespresso in their board rooms laughing at us drinking their offensive hot brown liquid they try to pass as ‘coffee’. Disrespectful.Anywho. Back to this location. It’s as good as it gets here. Solid 4 stars. Thank you kindly.

I frequent this location because it's convenient when I shop at Walmart. When I order a bagel it's always toasted so much it's blackened. Today I ordered half a dozen doughnuts which was suppose to consist if 3 apple fritters and 3 dutchies. I got to the drive through window and was told they only had 2 apple fritters left. I said that was fine to just make it 4 dutchies instead. I got the 2 apple fritters but thete were no dutchies. There were 4 cinnamon and chocolate covered something like doughnuts that have a filling in them. Needless to say I didn't look in the boxes until I got home with my groceries. I will never go to this location again. Their staff is clearly not trained and do not know what they are doing.

Idk what is wrong with the staff here !!I just wanted a jalapeño pastry and product label was wrong i just tried to tell her nicely and she was like thats not my problem plus there was a fly sitting on itShe just replied rudely !!Not satisfied!!

One of the employee was very rude and didn't answer properly when I asked questions and double charged me for whipped cream. He was a white guy. Looked like store supervisor or manager. Bad service from our local Tim's.

Ordering was not easy, adding, cancelling as the prices were different, it was confusing when trying to order a meal or single items and what it included.

Amazing staff especially Jen, they make sure you feel welcome and always have my order perfect. Never rushed or feel pressured to buy more stuff. The other Tim's should take note on how to treat customers

Horrible! Afternoon team is extremely slow, orders are messed up (repeated the order multiple times - they still had to ask at the window what's in a coffee causing a delay, asked to add tomatoes to a sandwich, paid for it and while getting a sandwich asked again if tomatoes are there and was advised they were but never got any.. And it is not just once but on multiple occasions!). Not to mention, you pay for your order, sit and wait at the window and then they get back to you saying that they actually don't have what you ordered!! If you go in, you are looking into at least 10-15 minutes to stand and wait when someone decides to take your order even if it is just a coffee and there are barely any other customers. Not recommended!

At roughly 7:05 pm this evening I visited this location for an iced coffee,when I arrived at the drive through order screen I was greeted with “hi what do you want?” I was taken back by how ignorant the guy at the drive through greeted me with total disregard for customer service so I remained silent for a second I then heard laughing and he said sorry what can I get for you…not sure how him being so rude is funny. I then placed my order for an iced coffee and when I arrived at the window to get my order he was still laughing about it and said sorry about that again I fail to see the humor…not only was he very rude but the iced coffee was not made right with little to no sweetness at all. Seems to me like a meeting and lesson in customer service should be in order. Unbelievable.
