Went for a tea and donut on Monday evening after dinner around 7:00 p.m., and there were absolutely no donuts available! Asked why there were none available and did not get a response. Had a muffin instead. Dined in the restaurant, and 10 minutes later, the display case started filling with donuts.
Approachable staff and timely service.
We came here with the family at 8 40 pm and they were out of food EVERYTHING
the guy that help us was just no chicken no ham nothing.
This place is supposed to be 24 hrs
My go to for breakfast! One of the cleaner locations in London, service is always very friendly with a big smile Shoutout Nour! Availability of options vary day to day, often times I cannot get the Ryan reynolds even though it’s early! Otherwise great
I went in today and someone named Parth took my order and offered me chai flavoured steeped tea , I’ve been ordering it for so long and no one ever offered , I’loved it also he was amazing enthusiastic while taking my order , I barely see people paying attention customers nowadays! He seemed like a good worker or else I never write reviews.
Morning crew was very funny, easy-going banter, and the breakfast sandwich was great!
It's just one of the Tim Hortons, nothing special. It tastes just like what we know.
Why was the napkin put inside the donut bag? And why was it shoved in so hard the chocolate has clear fingerprints and scratches? This is the second time where I am handed a donut where the glaze is totally ruined because someone lacked the common sense to recognize how stupid shoving napkins onto a donut is.
Love the new look, service was great, very friendly and welcoming.

Starting to have a hard time with this Tim Hortons. I work across the street so I'm there all the time. I'm always waiting the longest time for something that should be quick and easy and it's not like there's line because I come in the early morning or evening. I'm always missing something with my order or they make it wrong. Was just in there paid extra for stuff I didn't even get. Dec 3 2024: been trying to get a remade order of wedges and I can only go at night around 5 or 7pm. Every time I knew they either don't want to deal with me or they don't have any and are seeing who has the courage to tell me. I don't know why the night staff seem so unprofessional but you go in the morning or afternoon and it's great service.

The unfortunate reality here in canada is that at any franchised restaraunt, coffee shop etc, there is poor service predominantly caused by penny pinching owners/managers and insufficient staffing. It is shameful to put money into a full renovation, just to understaff your business to save a few extra dollars. A line of 5 people inside should not be a 15+ minute wait for a cup of coffee and a line out the door behind me by the time I get my coffee. There were people at the counter waiting for food the whole time as well. The factory food is not worth it, and the coffee isn't worth it anymore. The only redeeming part of my visit was one employee at the counter that was friendly ans trying to help another staff member who was clearly overwhelmed. Tim Hortons does not deserve our business.

I am done with Tim Hortons ,two or three times a week. I enjoyed a medium Tim Hortons coffee with three Boston cream now the Boston cream are smaller ,less chocolate on top and less filling in the middle. The staff have difficulty in getting my order correct this is so disappointing

Spent 15 minutes in line and when I finally get to the front of the line I was told to get back in line and go to the other cash register because they were more concerned with filling Uber orders and taking care of the drive thru to bother with the line of people in the store that was literally out to the parking lot. Since I don't have time on my lunch break to get back in line for another half hour (since the line had doubled in length since I had been there) I am now going back to my job hungry. Thanks for nothing. Maybe instead of focusing on filling orders for ppl who aren't even there, you could focus on the people standing right in front of you.
When I left the store in frustration, the end of the line was in the drive-thru lane. When neglecting customers is creating actual safety concerns, you need to rethink how you're doing your job.

I was in this location early morning to grab coffee and everything bagel. Usually when I buy coffee which cost 1.92 cents and I don’t take back change of 10 cents. And those who are in DT don’t give me the change but this time of my visit my total was 5.03 cents which was round up to 5.05 cents. I request the window crew that I am lacking 5 cents and she completely refused to give me food. I have to just take the coffee and walk out. From that time I realize that I never give them chance to take even one cents. No humanity, no grace at all.
