One of the best Tim Hortons around the town. Not too crowded, which makes you get served really quick. I usually do online orders are pick up in-store. The drive- though usually a bit busy as compared to in-store in the mornings.There is enough parking spots.Good customer service. Neat and clean interior. Items are well stocked.Highly recommended to all tim fans.Its a good place to visit.

Very disappointed with the service. I was told that a hour before closing they had run out of food! How does this happen but more importantly why did the employee find this unacceptable situation so funny? She laughed and smiled. She should be laughing her way to unemployment.

This is the perfect Timmies destination! The staff are friendly, efficient and remember your order if you are a regular patron. I visit them daily. It is the ideal place to grab a hot coffee and a great donut. Best in all of London. There is just a tad bit of grunge, like a straw wrapper here or a discarded donut wrapper there, to give the elite and implacable coffee snobs enough to complain about so that they go elsewhere and leave us happy commoners in peace with our treats. 5 stars!!!!!
One of the worst places to visit, especially through drive-through it took me 25 minutes to pass the drive-through.These guys don’t wanna work and just everything’s crazy slow .The quality of the food wasn’t that great either after spending like 25 minutes waiting for it .

Made a mobile order in the Tim Hortons app on my phone. I waited at the counter for a half hour and tried to get the attention of the employees that I was waiting. They ignored me. And when they finally acknowledged me they claimed they never got my order. This is unacceptable.
