Very good service. Friendly staff. You need to clean more. Every time I go in there I find dead bugs under the table. Thats disgusting. Please pay more attention to that.

530am, no one was in the drive thru and I ordered a hot chocolate and a bagel. Took about 10 minutes and they actually gave me a French vanilla.. too late to go back when I realized. I think I'm done going to Timms, the past probably 20 times I've been my order has been royally messed up. This was the last straw😭

I went there almost 5:30 in the morning. There was a guy on the drive thru named Ishwor. He did listen to me very carefully and followed instructions. The service was very fast and the drinks were really well made. Overall a good start of the day.

Been ordering from their mobile app almost everyday since I work close by. Never encountered such an unpleasant and unprofessional experience like today. I came in after 10 mins to get my order, I was helped by a very useless worker. I dont usually have to wait for my order, just fome in to grab n go. But today they didnt make it yet. Instead of making my order, she gave me very rude attitudes, kept calling and looking for the manager when I’m talking to her, and I didnt ask for the manager. I thought Tim Hortons is a very welcoming place because every location I go, they greet with a smile. After she called the manager, Michelle was very nice and helpful in answering my questions. I hope experiences like that wont happen in the future, especially for a long term customer. 0/10 for that girl and 10/10 for Michelle.

Extremely disappointed. I order the same coffee drink every single time I go, and without fail, it's a completely different drink each visit. One time it’s too sweet, the next time it tastes watered down, and sometimes it’s like they forgot half the ingredients altogether. It’s frustrating how difficult it is to make coffee or follow a set of instructions. Staff needs to be re-trained. It feels like they don’t care about the quality at all. What’s worse is, when they mess it up, I have to get back in the drive-thru line just to get it corrected, and they don’t even bother to apologize! They couldn’t care less about customer service.
