The lady in the first floor is very rude, she doesn’t know how to speak with others or how to be courteous or helpful, I went there to pick up and I said excuse me is this the pick up spot, and she rudely said “wait a second” and started talking about her stuff with the other worker. She was very rude I don’t know why because I am brown or what, she was racist. And rude never coming to this branch and never talking to her again.

Time Thursday June 5 (12:40 - 12:50pm)
At that time there were only two employees a guy and this rude lady, (she had a small chin and small neck and plus she was a bit overweight height around 5.2 to 5.3)

I came back (around 2pm) to see the name tag after having my lunch but she had left at that time

This is the place where you will be yelled at, pressured and rushed to pay and to leave once you entered their financial zone. That's why their seating is empty. Perhaps it's the Indian Canadian way?

Don't expect barely any cream filling in the cream filled donuts. Everything tastes a bit off other tim horton locations

Got a cookie and a coffee. Good service. It's a hospital, so atmosphere is what it is.

Very easy going and great customer service!

Kid-friendliness: Kids were calm and recognized that it was a calm environment and the staff were very kind to people of all ages

Parking: Parking is always crazy but still a good amount of spaces.

Wheelchair accessibility: My wife is disabled and the access abilities were helpful.

It's Tim Hortons! Ok, it's not the best coffee, but it is still a favorite.I really like the breakfast wraps.I usually get one of those and a coffee. The kids still enjoy timbits when we go.A few strange menu items have appeared in recent years. I find the food products, donuts, etc., have been steadily declining in quality. Nothing is fresh anymore, just reheated.Coffee, breakfast wraps, timbits. These are great.
