Food and drinks are great but the service of the older lady working the register is not. I’ve visited this location a couple times now and it’s always the same attitude. Everyone else is very nice.

This Tim's looks nice but the food and service was horrible! Asked for a bagel with extra butter. Bagel had the smallest amount of butter which is fine maybe it was an error. Waited for several minutes while employees ignored me finally flagging someone down. Asked for more butter politely, the lady took my bagel to the back and brought it back, barely different but I left. Then I tasted it and it was hard as rock! Did not have time to go back again as I was now late but very disappointed.

I go here alot as I live one street away. I always hear swearing and yelling in the back. Really inappropriate. Staff are rude and seem like they don't know what they're doing or they just don't care. I got a coffee the other morning & it was made wrong. When I asked for it to be remade the girl was very short with me like I did sometime wrong. I asked for the manager she was EVEN MORE RUDE TO ME. Absolutely made me feel uncomfortable and not welcome. I'll now go to the Oxford location to avoid this rude woman who clearly doesn't know customer service or how to train staff.. sad.
I visited this Tim Hortons location on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at around 1:40 PM, and had an unpleasant experience with the woman manager at the front counter. I initially approached the kiosk but realized I only had cash, so I proceeded to the counter to place my order instead.
Rather than simply taking my order, the manager made several condescending remarks, questioning why I didn’t use the kiosk — despite it being clear that I was paying with cash. As someone who has worked in customer service, including at Tim Hortons, I always strive to be respectful and easygoing when I’m on the other side of the counter. Her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for and left me feeling uncomfortable. I could only imagine how she treats her employees.
Everyone has off days, but that’s no excuse to speak down to customers who are simply placing an order. All I wanted was a single beverage — not to be made to feel like an inconvenience.

Well no one was manning the counter all the employees were just hanging out in the back.
When I came in one person was waiting for food, and I was the only person in line, they waited till 3 more people queued up behind me before coming out my daughter nearly peed her pants but we get our donate and the code for the bathroom.
I take here into the bathroom, shes 4 so we both go into the accessible washroom, no toilet paper so I check the other stall, also no toilet paper. I called the store to inform them, someone did come quickly with toilet paper but just crazy that both stalls were completely empty of toilet paper, and the lack of anyone at the front counter....
Wouldn't go back to this time Hortons even just for the bathroom ....

Last time i put in a one star review.but this time iwould like to make it a 5 star.saw one of the directors in store helpin out the employees and doing a good job at customer retention and great communication!keep it up mate.you are inspiring your team!!
Tim is always our first preference and favorite. However, I had two bad experiences within a week. We typically have a go-to order, but during my last visit, the person in the drive-thru charged me twice with different payments. Thankfully, a kind supervisor refunded me when I went inside the store.
This morning, I ordered an iced coffee with espresso cold foam on top, but I received it without the cold foam. The staff at the drive-thru even commented that it “sinks.” If there’s something that’s unavailable, we understand if you admit it. It’s disappointing to pay for something I didn’t receive.

I ordered a blt and it came with 1 strip of bacon, I also ordered a crescent warmed with bacon and butter and it wasn’t warm and didn’t have bacon or butter on it. Would not recommend Tim Hortons any more. This is not the first poor experience I’ve had with this company and is not just this location. I will be finding an alternative coffee shop going forward.
