Tim is always our first preference and favorite. However, I had two bad experiences within a week. We typically have a go-to order, but during my last visit, the person in the drive-thru charged me twice with different payments. Thankfully, a kind supervisor refunded me when I went inside the store.
This morning, I ordered an iced coffee with espresso cold foam on top, but I received it without the cold foam. The staff at the drive-thru even commented that it “sinks.” If there’s something that’s unavailable, we understand if you admit it. It’s disappointing to pay for something I didn’t receive.

I ordered a blt and it came with 1 strip of bacon, I also ordered a crescent warmed with bacon and butter and it wasn’t warm and didn’t have bacon or butter on it. Would not recommend Tim Hortons any more. This is not the first poor experience I’ve had with this company and is not just this location. I will be finding an alternative coffee shop going forward.

Tim Hortons used to be an okay coffee and donut shop. Now it is just a terrible fast food restaurant. The drive-thru line was almost out to the road. So I went in to order. Waited 10 minutes for a single bagel toasted with cream cheese. Clearly the new layout after the renovation is not working. I don't care how the joint looks, I just want good service. Save your money and get better value at McDonald's.

I made an online order and they messed up. I called spoke to someone they said they would replace, get to the restaurant and there was a completely different attitude towards fixing what they messed up in person. They no longer want to replace incorrect orders or make them right

I come every day before school and somehow my orders are always messed up, how does a bagel with cream cheese end up also having chipotle sauce
I ordered a coffee and a bagel belt yesterday, the girl at the window was not wearing Tim hortons clothes and not even the hair net or cap. She gave the coffee which spilled all over my husband bcz the lid was filled with coffee. When I asked for a different lid, there was a different girl who was very rude, giving us attitude about wiping the coffee off. So I guess zero for customer service. The person on the window should double check stuff. Especially when it is a hotcup of coffee. I threw out everything. Never going back there.

If you want speedy service, use the drive-thru!! Going inside is a shit show... Actually I find that with all Tim Hortons. All hands are on drive-thru and only one person working in-house.
