Ham and cheddar sandwich was poorly made. Cheese all stacked together and the bun is ripped. Clearly they don’t care about customer service here.

Staff took over 5 minutes to even come to the counter to serve me and my son after standing around talking and looking at us. Then proceed to mess up my order and then try to tell me that’s what I ordered. Even my 7 year old said she was being rude and service was terrible

I have been visiting this store nearly every single day for 7 years, to pick up my mobile order. This is a VERY busy location, yet they have never disappointed. Over this time I have seen them running back and forth tending to every customers needs, with urgency, professionalism and kindness. I will continue to visit this store, simply for the effort and thoughtfulness of the GM, Gerald and his hard working staff.

Had the worst experience in this location today. The staff named Dunia had no idea how to make 4 coffees. After placing the order, she asked me twice what size was my double double. Kept looking at her screen after pouring every cup. Then another staff came over asking if i got everything. Then she made the medium coffee into large. Lastly forgot to label any coffee. Now had to taste all the coffees to figure out. Seems like the staff here had some issues today. Took more than 5 minutes to make 4 coffee. Also don't know why counter staff are wearing headphones.
