Ordered a farmers sausage wrap no egg only they removed egg and cheese both then they charged me for extra cheese its not abut 80 cents but its about false charging regular wrap is for 5 something and by doing this they charged me 25 cents extra than the regular amount and i didn’t got that egg and no extra cheese. Then i talked to manager granold rather than fixing the issue he is explaining me how this works. Never expected this to happen at a big chain like tim hortons. Thanks for ruining my morning

The cashier kid who looked like he was 15 or younger was very respectful and responsible. Very impressed.
Ham and cheddar sandwich was poorly made. Cheese all stacked together and the bun is ripped. Clearly they don’t care about customer service here.

Staff took over 5 minutes to even come to the counter to serve me and my son after standing around talking and looking at us. Then proceed to mess up my order and then try to tell me that’s what I ordered. Even my 7 year old said she was being rude and service was terrible

I have been visiting this store nearly every single day for 7 years, to pick up my mobile order. This is a VERY busy location, yet they have never disappointed. Over this time I have seen them running back and forth tending to every customers needs, with urgency, professionalism and kindness. I will continue to visit this store, simply for the effort and thoughtfulness of the GM, Gerald and his hard working staff.
