I usually have great experiences here — the staff are friendly and helpful. However, during my recent visit, the lady at the front counter spoke quite rudely when I came to pick up my mobile order. I hope this was just an off day, as this location is normally good.

First of all when you are in restaurant sector while taking the order no one chewes gum in front of the customer. Yesterday morning around 9 am the lady who was serving in the drive through window was very rude. The coffee was very hot and asking her for the sleeve was the biggest mistake. She replied it has to be told when the order is placed and she was telling it creates her some sort off inventory issue. Just for a sleeve. Really she doesn't know how to talk on top of it she is shouting at me. Very rude behavior. First time in a restaurant I have see the person who is taking order or serving order chewing gum. You can Google it also it says very unprofessional and etc. Please train your staff properly.

Went through the drive-thru and the staff were quick and efficient, making the whole process easy. The location is clean, well-maintained, and delivers exactly what you’d expect from a Tim Hortons. Not giving 5 stars since it’s a standard franchise experience, but 4 stars is a good reflection of consistent service and reliability. ☕👍

It is 7:15pm and yet I am still waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru just to get a coffee. This is the least well managed establishment I have been to and they cannot seem to keep up with their inside or drive thru customers. I don’t think the employees can handle the volume of customers they receive and they clearly need more staff to keep up. Very disappointed every time I come and try to give another chance

One of the best Tim Horton’s! I try my best only to come to this location! Not only because they always get my order right (unlike the Byron location), but because they are all so nice, friendly, and very efficient, especially Donna! I love Donna!

Full lettuce leafs and wilting/brown. Also didn't get a fork! I'll just turn it into a lettuce wrap with these giant browning leafs. Also, big pet peeve is all tims work faster for drive through customers. I waited 10 mins for this..

I had a very bad experience with this specific Tim Hortons location. The cashier had no gloves on and the nails were yellow, long, and just gross. That is completely disgusting and unhygienic especially when you work at a fast food place. I had to throw the food out after.

One of the workers there is diabolically gross, nails long with dirt under them, doesn’t wear gloves when preparing food, no sense of hygiene at all. It was just unpleasant to see! Literally had to throw the food after what I saw..
