We got 2 breakfast deals. We thought we were getting a free muffin with each one, but my husband got a muffin with creamy centre and was charged an extra 50 cents. We thought all muffins were same price. It's not the $ but we should've been told about extra charge.The egg sandwiches were really good and ready fast.

I wanted to use the points in my Tim's app for getting a coffee, asked the order taker, she activated it but after scanning their system did not waved the price. The other staff came, she checked the points, I had much more points than what was required for a coffee, they tried again, and did not work, then told me because they have tried twice, then the app will not work ( the app seems to be working fine) and I have to pay and not use the points. The point is not the price of a coffee, but the cheap management, if your system does not work with that app why you promote it? If your staff are not trained to use the app, train them. Finally it is your fault, and at least you should have offered the free coffee, which I believe if I were in another branch, they would. Terrible management, stop by other branches.They did not have rice for making steak bowl, they offered they can make it a wrap without rice, still ask to pay full price? Another instant showing their customer service at this branch.

I used to work as a closer at this store. The manager of that store Elizabeth is very rude and a toxic person. She does favoritism there and she will like only the person who bows to her and she is toxic. I liked working with two people there one was Trevor and the other was Trinity my bestie whom I loved like my little sister. And there was one Indian guy Meet who is as toxic as Elizabeth. What happened was one day, after Trevor was gone, in the month of July, 3rd July 2023 to be exact, Trinity came down to the store in summer clothes to paint store glass for Camp day and I was working on the counter and Meet was also working that day on Drive Thru. Meet came behind me and started saying oo you have a nice back view of Trinity!!! Are you checking her out?? I said to Meet that Dude don't do that to me I see Trinity as my little sister. I told him to respect her age and not to paint a different picture of her in my mind becuz Trinity is 9 yrs younger than me. I reported this whole matter to Elizabeth. She only had a chat with Meet. Plus on same day Meet misbehaved with my brother. That too I reported. Elizabeth covered up the entire matter and did not even report to the HR. Elizabeth protects Meet. So think before applying to this store. The store is very toxic becuz of the manager.

Disclaimer: I'm not Canadian.I ordered a glazed donut at this location drive-thru. When I ordered, there was no hesitation or question from the clerk. When I got to the window, I was given an old-fashioned plain (no glaze) donut. I handed the bag back, and a few seconds later, I had a glazed old-fashioned in my hand. When I refused it, the man behind the very polite drive thru clerk turned and asked quite rudelywhat kind of donut did I want? I explained I wanted yeast donut, with glaze. I asked that they just show it to me instead of handing me random donuts. Finally held up the right donut and he was really red at this point and snapped. "That's a honey dip!"Sorry. My bad. But it's a glazed donut everywhere else. There's no need to be rude to customers that don't know your proprietary names. After all, there is no honey in a honey dip.

Not at all friendly staff,we ordered the breakfast meal which I ordered hash brown also and after we took the package to the car we didn’t notice the hash brown inside .Went to the store and asked and the staff said it’s at the bottom of the package and I said I didn’t saw anything other than than egg and bacon sandwich .That particular staff want me to see the package again as she didn’t trust what I said .Bought the package and shown her and then she made another one and passed to me and still saying I put it at the bottom and she wasn’t happy .First of all I wasn’t rude or angry for not getting the things I ordered .If I have drove away I won’t even come back for a hash brown .

Three separate occasions I have ordered a dark roast coffee and it is extremely watered down, tastes like water. Won’t be returning back, absolutely terrible since renovations.

I've been here many times and it's very lovely in the morning but after 3pm it's not so great. I asked for egge on my wrap and I was given egg, which is fine it's happens. And it wasn't the first time. But my boyfriend went in to get it replaced and was giving a hard time when he asked for it.You should be very careful with allergies here, and make sure your very clear to them if making a purchase

The other day I ordered a medium double double. When picking it up, the cup was hot. So I asekd the attendant who gave it to me that if she could make it double cup or put the sleeve on it. She said that "We don't do the double cup anymore". Well apparently she didn't pay attention closely where I said if she could put the sleeve on. So I asked her again if she had a sleeve. she gave it to me but I had to put the sleeve on my cup by myself. No common sense there. I ordered the same coffee at the other Tim Hortons the coffee came out with the sleeve (I did not even ask for it). If you are in the bad mood, call it a day stop spreading the negative energy please. It's about safety! Do the owner or manager care about the training at all?Where is common sense?
