By far the best Tim Hortons in London! The staff is awesome and never mind how fast and accurate the service is!!
This tim hortons has the worst service of any I have gone to. They have everyone running around doing the drive thru and one on the counter that doesn't have a clue what she is doing. Every time I have her serve me she screws something up. This morning she took my order after I repeated it twice and when I was trying to pay with my tim card she proceded to do other stuff for other people and screwed up my payment. Then argued about it. I told her she should pay attention to one customer at a time. This is about the fifth time this same staff member has screwed something up on me. Needless to say I won't be going back there again
Still our favourite Tim Hortons location in London !! Customer service is definitely great, and the staff are hard-working individuals. Even though cannot always agree on the quality of food/drinks, as it varies, this is usually the best place to go. Most accurate. Best breakfast sandwiches for sure, as they are usually always top quality.
I like it
this was the worst interaction i’ve had yet. refusal of video cameras when i’m in need. not neighborly at all. jermey the “superviser” did not fulfill his role. honestly as someone who previously worked at timhortons a few years ago. i’ve gotta say that was the most unhelpful useless interaction ive had with staff yet. not only did he not help me resolve the issue. he gave me adtitude and didn’t give me the correct stuff. i asked for the managers name and number. he gave me the store number(i could have looked on line jermey) and her first name but not last. how is that meant to help in this situation jermey. unhelpful. won’t be going back.
Came in to tim hortons at 6pm and the shelves are empty. Still four hours left to be open.

"UPDATE" Generally clean and fresh coffee! I made a visit on Monday November 25th and after receiving my coffee noticed an old friend who came in after me. As they were ordering and receiving their tea, I decided to stand for about 15 seconds at a distance from the counter so that I could greet my old friend and ask them if they would like to sit together. One young staff noticed I had ordered and asked me that if I wasn't ordering, could I move from that area and be seated. I understand if the situation was that I was standing there for several minutes or if there were customers behind us in line... It's as if it was a fire regulation or something from the tone she expressed... She didn't mention a fire regulation though. I said that as an example. She needs to be more patient with the other staff also, the way I overheard her speaking with them.

This location is regularly out of hashbrowns during breakfast. Management is incompetent and cant keep stock levels in check. I regularly can’t get what I want (Muffin and a hashbrown)

Update: Still often lacking available products. The Wonderland & Southdale location has been updated recently & keeps a large stock of items available. I suggest going there if you need more than just drinks.
No complaints about the staff at this location lately. Everyone is very friendly.
About average for a Tim Hortons. They are all often out of products when you go to order. They can never keep things in stock and won't even cook any more chili after lunchtime so they are often out of it by 4-5pm. Often out of hash browns, wedges, croissants, chili, and sometimes muffins.
Corporate office is more concerned with avoiding wasted food than making sales.

I am always getting such horrible farmers wraps from here.
Today i had the courage to ask for them to cut my egg and sausage before they threw it on to the wrap.
The lady making sandwiches was upset with my request from the dirty look and annoyed manner she gave when her coworker told her.
She then I kid you not, karate chopped the egg to cut it in half, too busy to use a knife I suppose??? Then to make it worse, took a sausage and hashbrown from a previously made wrap, torn it with her hands and thew it on to the pile of whatever she though I would eat.
I definitely said I didn't want the mess she made.
This place is always rushing and not caring about service. Even when i ask for my food to be made nicely I get LLTHE EXACT OPOSITE.
Places being run like this is what give tim Hortons such a bad name these days.
When I was making my complaint about the wrap the employee passed it off as he seemed to busy to really listen. (NOT HIS FAULT HOWEVER)
STAR BUCKS LEGIT NEXT DOOR. I SAY WORHT THE EXTRA MONEY FOR JUST REGULAR SERVICE YOUD SHOULD EXPECT TO GET WHEN SHOPPING ANYWHERE.

Went in on my lunch break drive thru ordered a coffee and sandwiche said no tomatoes, I asked about bread and unfortunately they didn't have whole weat however I still played my order got back to work and my sandwich I ordered no tomatoes had not only 1 but 4! I had to garbage my sandwiche and go without because someone didn't read there screan right. It was far from busy so I'm not sure why a simple request wasn't followed I can understand if they were busy of course. Waste of money very annoyed if I had time to go back I would have to get a new one made that I could eat.
