There is a skinny cashier who wears a mask. He is very rude, I understand you guys are busy but showing your frustration on the customers is very unprofessional. Do not yell at someone if they misunderstood your words, you can politely explain them one more time. Every body is busy and working hard that doesn’t mean everyone should show their frustration on others

Very disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons. I visited on October 8, 2025, around 8:10–8:20 a.m. and asked for a croissant heated with butter. Instead, they put the croissant and butter packets (still in plastic) together in a bag and microwaved them. When I asked why, the staff refused to answer and just handed me a knife, implying I should do it myself.
The employee named Ness was extremely rude and even threw the croissant and butter back at me, which was completely unprofessional. I’ve worked for Tim Hortons for over two years, and I know how this item should be served and how customers should be treated.
This experience ruined my morning and left me very disappointed in the brand. Customers deserve respect and proper food handling, not this kind of behaviour.

been to this location many times before but this morning had an issue. as I reached the cashier all I asked for was a sausage scrambled egg croissant (to start with). the girl employee was a trainee. I figured out quickly because it was clear she was not trained with the till (despite nothing on her uniform to show it.) she struggled to put in my order but then asked if I could wait a moment (I did) and she grabbed a food ítem for another order them came back to the register to try again and still my order was not correct and then she went to assist in another order (by this point other customers who were in line behind me were served entirely. (probably about 3 customers who went to other registers) am I in the wrong for being frustrated by this? I’ve had retail customer service jobs myself so I understand the chaos but this felt like I was being ignored. idk. eventually a manager comes up and her demeanor seemed unwelcoming and I wanted to go to another cashier for quicker service and the manager then gives me attitude when I leave abruptly and says behind me to not come back to the location. I hear her and return to explain I was not trying to be difficult and have had to wait as other people get served and then she lectures me the difference between waiting in line vs. mobile orders. (I understand the concept of a mobile order so this was rude and unneessary) I told her again my wait time in line vs other peoples wait times in line was longer. the manager with a piercing in her chin just repeats to me the employee is in training. I try to patient but what really upsetted me was the manager trying to badmouth me to the other employees and giving me a lecture about mobile orders. if someone is in training I understand but at the same time it should not take 5 - 7 minutes to place an order for 1 ítem. what made me upset more than anything was the attitude from the manager and her lack of context.
Staff was very kind and quick and the food and coffee were great! :)
The folks at this Tims are fantastic! Always friendly and working out to push orders out efficiently. Special shout out to Ness, who is regularly on food prep; always working at a very fast pace and still has a smile on her face!

This is my local Tim’s during the week while at work. I’m writing asking you to be quicker. Today (Friday) and often I notice there are not enough staff or maybe staff aren’t effective but all I know is after waiting 10 mins in line and not even making it halfway through, I had to leave to make it back to work on time. People aren’t gonna choose to come visit you if you can’t get them in and out quickly.
Staff are always friendly and efficient!
I placed an order online so I was able to get my money back my order consisted of 3 drinks 3 bagels and a 6 pack of doughnuts which you would think is fairly simple but no. First of all I was missing a drink and the box of doughnuts which misplacing a drink I can understand but a box of doughnuts there is no way secondly all the bagels were to have cream cheese and butter. The first bale had nothing wasn’t even toasted or cut, the second bagel was burnt, and the third had actual chunks of butter like someone scooped and placed it on the bagel. That fact that someone who cares so little is able to work here and can’t manage to do the most basic of tasks is pretty sad and hopefully something is done to correct the issue like retraining the employee(S) that we’re responsible for this absolute blunder that occurred.
Friendly Staff with welcoming tone & environment
