I go to this Tim Hortons every day I'm at the office. I've been to many different Tim Hortons over the years and, previous to going here, adamantly refused to come back. However, this Tim Hortons is great! Their coffee actually tastes good and the staff is super friendly and all work so so hard. It's honestly the only one I'll ever go to. Big ups to the staff here for handling rush after rush every single week day.

Ive always gotten my meals and coffee from here and its mostly great but day has absolutely disgusted me. Old and slimy salad bowl.. clear way past its serving date. And thats not slimy from any sauce, ive had this bowl over a dozen times never seen it like this. Tomatoes and cucumbers are transparent. Whom every even though to serve this should be ashamed of them self. Im sure if they were making this for them self they would never have eaten it

Terrible service, everybody is so lazy and rude and miserable. People always yelling at you then when you ask a question they get offended and just straight up rude. Dude with the mask yells and gets mad but nobody can hear him because his mask is taped on and nobody can hear. Covid is gone bud, retire the mask.

Why have food on the menu if you pick and choose when you're going to serve it? Also why are you closing 25 minutes before actual closing refusing to sell things? The owner should probably properly schedule staff so they don't feel they need to be out the door exactly at close or the staff is just lazy. Could be either.

I love the food in this place, however the service is very bad. Especially from a girl who has purple hair, she makes people feel intimidated, she acts rude and throws the food at you. She does not give a good client service. She makes me feel that I am doing something wrong for only buying food.

I mean, it's a Tim's. I'm here a lot and the food is very consistent, which I appreciate. It can be very busy when the high school kids are on break, but otherwise the line is usually short. I do wish they stocked double chocolate donuts though :(

I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and paid an extra $1.60. When I looked at it, it had less cream cheese than they would normally put. I went up and asked if they were able to add some on or give me some on the side and they rudely refused. Horrible customer service, especially in the lunch time.
