I mean, it's a Tim's. I'm here a lot and the food is very consistent, which I appreciate. It can be very busy when the high school kids are on break, but otherwise the line is usually short. I do wish they stocked double chocolate donuts though :(

I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and paid an extra $1.60. When I looked at it, it had less cream cheese than they would normally put. I went up and asked if they were able to add some on or give me some on the side and they rudely refused. Horrible customer service, especially in the lunch time.

Had a good experience today as far as the service food and how clean the restaurant was! The coffee tasted fresh too! Thank you so much!

Everything is excellent except for the employees. The other day I was at Tim Hortons and I placed an order. It turned out that an order similar to mine arrived and I took it and one of his employees yelled at me very loudly and when my order arrived, the same person who He yelled at me, he smashed my food and it was all crushed. The truth is it's a total waste and it's not the first time they've done it because I have Colombian friends who have gone to eat there and they are treated badly for not speaking English. My friends are looking for a translator to place your order and even so they do not understand, according to them, a total failure. Most of the people I know have given it bad reviews only because of the treatment that their clients give and not all of them.

Have not been in awhile but just popped in for lunch. No toaster...no chili...no soup...and no sign telling people! So waited in line for over 5 minutes and walked out empty handed as I wasn't ordering a coffee!

I do not feel safe here. I see homeless people hanging around all the time. Additionally, there is an employee who seems to yell at everyone. I heard her yelling at students for not picking up their order "fast enough", she was so loud I could hear her in the building hall at the elevators. I was in there once when she yelled at a homeless man muttering to himself, the entire time was scared the man would do something in retaliation. Save the hassle, go to coffee culture across the intersection.

Great Tim Hortons, line is usually long but that’s what you expect downtown. Staff is always on the ball with the orders and accuracy of the orders, come here everyday during my lunch and have never been disappointed!

The old lady was literally shouting at everyone in the rudest way people. She even shouted at me for just asking the order that she had in her hand was the bagel that I ordered.

One of the better locations I've been to with actual friendly staff.
